Solat 2 Imam dan Mencemar Masjid dengan Huru Hara Nafsul Amarah!

Solat 2 Imam dan Mencemar Masjid dengan Huru Hara Nafsul Amarah!

Solat 2 Imam dan Mencemar Masjid dengan Huru Hara Nafsul Amarah!

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 04:13 PM PDT

Amat memalukan dan menyakitkan hati melihat manusia manusia yang kononnya umat Islam mencemar kesucian masjid dan menimbulkan huru hara didalam ruang solat masjid dan di-ruang persekitaran Masjid Amru Al As, Bandar Baru Sentul, Kuala Lumpur semalam seperti dipaparkan didalam video di atas!

Kenapa sampai begini jadinya kekalutan umat Islam Malaysia?

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad dismissed yesterday claims that Malays are immigrants just like Chinese and Indians, arguing instead that Arabs, Indians and Indonesians had become constitutional Malays through assimilation.
"I would not say I am a Malay or Malaysian of ethnic Indian origin. My mother tongue and home language is Malay, my culture and tradition is Malay and I am a Muslim. The constitution defines a Malay as a person who habitually speaks Malay, practices Malay custom and tradition and is a Muslim," he said in a posting on his blog.
He said it was obvious some Malays were descended from people of the Indonesian islands, India and the Arabian peninsular.
"Having come here they were assimilated after they identified themselves completely with the Malays by adopting the Malay language, their customs and traditions and by being Muslims.
"This is a common phenomenon. In America, Australia, Latin America, the later immigrants accepted the languages of their adopted country as their mother tongue as well as the culture.
"After doing this they no longer think of themselves as being of their original country. They are Americans, Australians and Argentinians period.
"We don't hear them claiming to be German Americans, Portuguese Australians or Italian Argentinians, even though they or their ancestors came from these countries," said Dr Mahathir.
The former prime minister wrote in his blog that Malays would only say they are Bugis or Javanese if asked about their ancestry but it would be mischievous to suggest that this was their race.
Dr Mahathir has in recent years stepped up his defence of the constitutional position of the Malays, and has been criticised for lending credibility to right-wing groups like Perkasa.
His strident tone has resulted in accusations that he was playing the race card in an attempt to shore up support for Umno.
In his blog post, Dr Mahathir said that his remarks in defending the Malays were to rebut "the anti-Malay racism of the opposition."
He said that "those who support racist statements by the opposition are the real racists."
"They shout racist at others to distract from their own racism," he said.
Since making significant gains in Election 2008, the opposition Pakatan Rakyat (PR) has been pushing for reforms to the country's affirmative action policies which is widely seen as favouring the Malay-Bumiputera communities.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is expected to call for general elections in either late 2011 or early 2012, with investors and Malaysians waiting to see if he will implement reforms to match his rhetoric after a series of flip-flops on a goods and services tax and subsidy cuts.
Najib has delivered measures such as granting new bank licenses and cutting the fiscal deficit.
But he has shied away from big subsidy cuts and tax reforms and softened an earlier promise to reform controversial preferential equity ownership rules for the Malays.
Analysts expect Najib may be willing to push through reforms after the next general election, but only if he wins a strong mandate.
If he fails to restore Barisan Nasional's two-thirds parliamentary majority he will come under pressure from Malay activist groups such as Perkasa who are opposed to some of his economic reforms
Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim recounted his ordeal three years ago when a special squad clad in balaclavas, armed with sub-machine guns forced his car to a halt before dragging him off to the police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, where he said he was illegally detained so as to provide opportunities for the authorities to lift DNA samples from him.
At the police HQ, he was grilled for three hours and then sent off to the government-owned Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where two doctors checked his penis and anus.
"This was very degrading," the 63-year old former deputy prime minister told the court on Thursday.
Fabricating DNA evidence
Anwar is on trial for having sodomized his former aide Saiful Bukhari Azlan in June 2008, soon after he announced plans to make a comeback to Parliament.
He has denied the charges and accused his arch rival Prime Minister Najib Razak and wife Rosmah Mansor of hatching the plot with Saiful to derail his political career.
Sodomy is a crime punishable by up to 20 years in jail. Government chemists have said they found two DNA profiles on Saiful's anus and pants – one belonging to Saiful himself and the other to a yet-to-be-identified 'Male Y'.
However, few Malaysians doubt Male Y will turn out to be Anwar. During his detention by the police, they had lifted DNA samples from his water bottle, towel and toothbrush.
His lawyers believe that the Najib administration may have ordered the DNA to be planted as three other DNA profiles belonging to three different males were also found on Saiful's anus and pants.
Illegal arrest
The defense team is now applying to the judge to reject the water bottle, towel and toothbrush as evidence as they claim Anwar was illegally arrested and detained.
Anwar himself told the court that he didn't know he was being arrested on that day, July 16, 2008. None of the police officers had informed him he was being arrested.
"I asked them why are they doing this but they said they wanted my cooperation in this matter although I had indicated I wanted to meet Jude," Anwar said.
He was referring to Jude Pereira, a senior cop.  The arresting officer was one Supt Ahmad Taufik.
The police took three hours to record his statement from 2.30pm to 5.30pm but did not let him leave after that.
"I asked them, 'you asked me to give my statement but what else? They should release me. Instead they brought me to HKL and I arrived there after 8pm on July 16, 2008," Anwar told a mesmerized courtroom.
The doctors at HKL then checked him and asked him about the alleged sodomy case. Anwar also refused to allow them to take his DNA samples.
"I refused to give my blood samples as I followed my lawyers advice," he said.
"This arrest is to try to trap me," Anwar added.
Fears for Anwar's life
The police brought Anwar back to their headquarters at about 11pm."I asked the police and Jude, 'when are you going to release me? And they said, 'you'll be home soon'. Instead, they brought me to the lock-up," Anwar said.
He had previously complained that the police treated him like an animal and threw him into a filthy and antiquated cell although there were cleaner ones available.
There is speculation the cell was specially chosen because it was not equipped with CCTV cameras and could not capture what happened to Anwar if something unfortunate occurred.
Anwar was beaten up by the Inspector General of Police in 1998 while in remand over his first sodomy trial from which he was acquitted.
In 1998 and even now, there are fears for his life as he poses a real challenge to the current ruling coalition.
On Thursday, he told the court the cell had steel bars on all four sides. Anwar claims one Supt Yahya Abdul Rahman gave him the mineral water bottle, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap.
"I did not expect VIP treatment but the conditions were deplorable while conditions at the washroom were unclean,"
Finally, he was released the next day at 12.30pm on July 17, 2008. He told the court that he had to seek medical treatment for his back because of the incident.

Shocking pictures have come to light revealing the extent of prisoner abuse at Abu Ghraib – and it's much worse than anyone imaged.

The photos depict new incidents of homicide, torture and sexual humiliation and indicate a broader pattern of abuse than was previously understood. "We now know there was systemic and widespread abuse", states ACLU lawyer Amrit Singh. She hopes the photos release will lead to a proper inquiry

URE MOTHERFUCKING NATIONAL ORGANISATION UMNO WITH MAHATIR AS THE DEFAKTOR LEADER NAJIB AS HIS SIDEKICK

When an exchange of opinions gets into egoistic territory and becomes almost a battle of wits, it's best to bow and walk away. Some people are so prone to argument they exhaust you! Some efforts are so exhaustive, they don't really seem worth the result achieved! In a world that makes more demands on us than we have the strength or patience to meet, it would be reasonable to fight for only that which is worth the effort! Why waste time, breath and mental armory  if the end result is not really worth i For the cops, being skeptical seems to go with the job profile, though to what end is anybody's guess. The cops' inherent quality to doubt others can come across as a way of verifying all the facts before coming to a conclusion, or it can seem to be a way to discredit or confuse the person being questioned.corruption booms when perverse incentives reward rather than penalize it.

We need institutional changes to end those perverse incentives.
We need three major institutional reforms for starters. First, we need a mechanism that induces criminals to leave politics. Second, we need judicial incentives that speed up justice. Third, we need an independent Police Commission ,that can investigate and prosecute the biggest politicos regardless of their clout, making corruption highly risky instead of profitable.we must extricate the police from the control of politicians, and have a truly independent Police Commission Law and order is necessarily political and has to remain with home ministers. But crime detection should not be political, and so can be devolved entirely to an independent Police Commission. when an angry electorate finally obliged politicians to stop treating politics as a lucrative, tax-free profession

"If one tells the cops a person has committed suicide. They ask why can't it be homicide. When you tell them it was a homicide, they argue that it's a suicide. When you plead with them to register murder, they will call it an accident. When they call it an accident, you have to forget that there was something fishy," said a social worker on condition of anonymity at Imambada police station last week. The social worker said citizens often find it hard to tackle the exaggerated doubts that cops express in every matter. "If a victim says that she was sexually assaulted, the cops would inevitably ask her whether she had recently broken off with the perpetrator of the crime," he said. The social worker believes the police should first file a complaint and find out the facts during investigation. "Just to keep the crime record of the police station descent, there is a section of cops that confuses the complainants on many occasions," he said.A similar drama of cops and aggrieved citizens at loggerheads over a complaint was seen at police station in the wee hours sometime last week
.how about this
Gujarat cop Sanjeev Bhatt's revelations, contained in his affidavit filed before the Supreme Court, may come as a surprise to many. But for all those who lived in Gujarat during those fateful days and were in the thick of things, the contents only provide substantiation of what they had heard then. A top police officer of the state told me a couple of days after the riots started how director general of poice K Chakravarthy was uncomfortable on being told by Narendra Modi at a meeting to allow Hindus to vent their feelings.Though perturbed, Chakravarthy, a naturally timid person, could not muster the guts to stand up to his boss. So, instead he lamented to top police officers like the person to whom I had spoken. Or at least that is what the officer told me.

A mosque is a place where peace and purity should reign, but sad to say this was not so at the Masjid Amru al As in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
Instead, a stampede broke out and rough words were used as hundreds of Muslims rowed over a pornographic video depicting two positions of sexual intercourse as well oral sex between a man and a female sex worker.
The video had been 'discovered' by the 'Datuk T' trio and there is widespread belief it is part of a conspiracy hatched by Prime Minister Najib Razak to bring down his arch rival Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim.
"Please, I am pleading with you, leave the mosque now. We are all Muslims," Abdul Razak Husin, the mosque's chairman, had earlier pleaded as shouts of Anwar zina (Anwar adultery) rang out.
The taunts triggered Anwar's supporters to shout back Qazak, qazaf (a Muslim hearing where 4 witnesses are required) and for the religious authorities to come and arrest 'Datuk T'.
Turns up late in bullet-proof vests
But the star of the planned Friday oath-taking, Datuk T's Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, turned up late.
The Datuk T trio are businessman Shazryl, former Malacca chief minister Rahim Thamby Chik and Perkasa treasurer Shuaib Lazim. All three have links to Najib and former premier Mahathir Mohamad.
According to the Star, they arrived at 4.15pm and marched into the mosque apparently wearing bullet-proof vests. Only Shazryl performed the sumpah laknat (or oath-cum-curse) rite at about 4.20pm.
Swearing that it was Anwar and himself who were the men in the video, and that it was Anwar who had performed the sex acts, Shazryl said: "If I have committed slander then Allah will lay a curse on me."
The three were escorted out after the ceremony by FRU personnel.
Last month, the trio tried to 'anonymously' screen the video to a group of journalists but their indentities were discovered and they were forced to confess. They claimed their purpose was to expose Anwar and demanded his resignation.
But despite their obvious crime, as distributing or showing pornographic material is illegal in Malaysia, the police have not arrested or charged the trio. This further reinforced speculation of Najib's hand in the scam.
Shazryl was supposed to take the oath at 2pm. He had even challenged Anwar to make a similar oath in the mosque to 'prove' his innocence.
Black day for Islam
PKR Youth chief Shamsul Iskandar, who had earlier led party members in their prayers after the initial ruckus in the mosque had died down, condemned the "circus".
"It is a shame what Shazryl and the Umno leaders are doing to Islam," he told Malaysia Chronicle. "If there is any doubt, as Muslims, let us go to the Islamic courts and take the qazaf route. Why opt for sumpah and bring disrepute and chaos to a place of worship when there is already a court for Islamic justice."
"Umno leaders are not interested in abiding by the Islamic law, they just want to take Anwar down. They are giving Datuk T the blessing for distributing pornographic material," Seri Setia assemblyman Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad told Malaysia Chronicle.
There are increasing calls from Muslim leaders for the religious authorities to take action against the Datuk T trio for making allegations without proof. Slander or fitnah is prohibited in Islam and a punishable offense.
Christian leaders have already lashed out at the Najib administration for closing an eye on the porn that has appeared in the government-controlled mainstream media, which have sought to maximise the damage to Anwar's image.
PAS leaders have also called on Parent-Teacher Associations to complain against obscene media coverage, while the DAP has mooted a nationwide anti-smut campaign.
"In Islam, only the person who has been accused can take the oath and not the person who is accusing. Why is Shazryl Eskay taking oath? It is irrelevant. Let the MACC and the police do their work and we will just wait and see what will happen. According to Islamic law, what the Datuk T trio did deserves a heavy sentence because it involves not just the family of the victim, but it will also scar them to life," PAS MP for Kuala Selangor Dzulkefly Ahmad toldMalaysia Chronicle.

Hari kiamat sudah hampir - Dalil-dalilnya semakin jelas

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 12:46 PM PDT

Situasi politik negara semakin bergelora.

Perlakuan mereka seolah-olah seperti hendak menghadapi hari kiamat.

PM/DPM in 'Program Turun Padang' T'ganu

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 09:14 AM PDT

Prime Minister Najib and deputy Muhyiddin will be in Terengganu Saturday, meeting Umno state officials and attending mass gathering with the rakyat. Some ministers will join them, including Home Minister Hishammuddin and Defense' Zahid.

Many would question the motive for such a big trip to the eastern state. Some even suggested that it will be an interlude to the next national poll, which is to be expected later this year of latest by mid 2012.

Whatever the perceptions are, Terengganu needs special attention, especially this time around. Some problems plaguing the state's Umno has been 'swept under the carpet' and this has led to members' displeasure.

I am worried with reports and indications about the possibility of Terengganu coming under the Oppositon again in the next general election. The oil-rich state may look stable on the surface but some ugly episodes which saw Umno and BN supporter going for a split after 2008 polls, need special attention from the leaders.

As Sarawak state election on April 16 denounced BN campaign mechanism which saw DAP and PKR added eight more state seats, both Federal and State governments cannot deny the fact that no matter how much we 'attack' DAP and Anwar Ibrahim, the voters still got the final say.

Perhaps something needs to be rewritten. In Terengganu, captivating the mindset of the majority Malays should emphasis more on their local needs rather that offering them national political sentiments. More bridging can be done to help the rural folks uplift their standard of living. To them, bread and butter is the main issue, and not Anwar Ibrahim.

Terengganu MB Ahmad Said, on the other hand, should also 'turun padang' and not just listening or reading reports fed by Umno division heads. Some of them are good liars, elsewhere too.

However, the problem with top leadership is, some refuse to attend to 'bad and unpleasant' news as it will to their existing problems. In previous elections, this attitude saw some 'wakil rakyat' lost their seats.

So, Terengganu is undoubtedly the best platform for the PTP (Program Turun Padang). Attend to Umno first before going back to BN drawboard.

43pc Of Overseas Malaysians ‘Not Sure’ About Coming Back - By Lee Wei Lian.

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 07:01 AM PDT

Some 43 per cent of Malaysians living abroad surveyed by the World Bank said they were unsure about returning to Malaysia for good, representing the largest chunk of the survey respondents.

The next largest group were those who said they intend to return to Malaysia at about 30 per cent while 26 per cent said they do not intend to return.

The survey findings were contained in the World Bank report "Malaysia Economic Monitor: Brain Drain" launched yesterday that said that the country's brain drain is set to intensify and could further erode its narrow skills base and affect its ambitions to be a high-income nation.

With over 70 per cent unsure or willing to come back Talent Corp, which was established earlier this year to lure back talent to the country, will have to ensure that it reaches out effectively to this group to make sure it does not lose them while also communicating with the nearly 30 per cent which are unwilling to return to understand the reasons.

The survey had posed the question "I intend to return to Malaysia for good at some point in my life" and 65 of 149 had responded "Not sure" while 32 responded "Agree", 13 responded "Strongly Agree", 22 said they "Strongly Disagree" and 17 said they "Disagree".

As part of the survey, overseas Malaysians were asked what policy initiatives could possibly entice migrants to return.

The top picks were a change in the country's race-based policies and fundamental reforms in the public sector with "Paradigm shift away from race-based towards needs-based affirmative action" and "Evidence of fundamental and positive change in the government/public sector" receiving 87 and 82 per cent positive responses respectively.

While the Najib administration has mooted the idea of a flat 15 per cent income tax for those participating in the returning experts programme, the least popular option in the survey was "Favourable tax structure", with only 17 per cent saying the policy would entice them back.

"(Lack of) Meritocracy and unequal access to scholarships are significant push factors and a deterrent to coming back," said World Bank senior economist Philip Schellekens yesterday. "Non-Bumiputeras are over-represented in the brain drain."

He suggested yesterday that Malaysia implement important structural reforms in tandem with introducing targeted measures such as income tax incentives to reverse the brain drain.

"Once the highway is built, you must compete for traffic," he said. "One suggestion is to hold a competition among members of the diaspora to get ideas on what can be done to attract them home."

The World Bank report showed that the number of skilled Malaysians living abroad has tripled in the last two decades, with two out of every 10 Malaysians with tertiary education opting to leave for either OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries or Singapore.

Malaysians with tertiary education now constitute a third of the approximately one million-strong Malaysian diaspora as estimated by the World Bank report.

Video Seks ~ Apa Implikasinya sekiranya ia terbukti palsu? Ustaz Fathul Bari menjelaskan..

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 06:41 AM PDT

MSK

Riuh rendah tentang PRN Sarawak sudah habis. Sekarang, masing-masing sudah mula bercakap tentang PRU 13. Tak habis-habis dengan pilihanraya. Itu lah politik. semuanya tentang kuasa dan kuasa hanya boleh diperolehi melalui pilihanraya selagi rakyat percaya bahawa pilihanraya mampu mengubah kerajaan.

Aku tak percaya bahawa pilihanraya mampu mengubah kerajaan.

[ADS] Terima Email Dan Dapatkan $$$ Setiap Kali Membacanya !!!
[ADS] Malaysia Online Contest, Promotion & Earning Blog!!!

The brutal case of Muhd. Arif bin Abu Semah

Posted: 29 Apr 2011 12:46 AM PDT

Been a bit unwell, but just wanted to copy paste the two statements below:

STOP POLICE BRUTALITY:
ALLOW LEGAL ACCESS TO MUHAMAD ARIF BIN ABU SEMAH

SUARAM and Lawyers for Liberty (LFL) was informed by a family member of Muhamad Arif bin Abu Semah, detained under the Emergency Ordinance (EO) since 19 March 2011 that he has been tortured badly under detention.

According to the family members and friends, Muhamad Arif has lost a lot of weight and is currently being denied access to his lawyers at the Rawang police station.

Laywer Edward Saw and Muhamad Arif's family members went to the Rawang police station to meet him earlier today. When they arrived, the police refused to give Edward access to Muhamad Arif they had not received any instructions from IPD Gombak. Edward tried to negotiate with the police officers, but was unsuccessful. He was told to contact the officers from IPD Gombak.

Muhamad Arif's family members only managed to spend 3 minutes each with him as the police had only allowed two family members in at a time. During one of these sessions, Fuqran, a family friend, was stopped by a plain clothes police officer, asked his identity card, had his hands restrained and was pulled him out of the room. This act shocked the family members present and the police officer disappeared without apology or explanation.

The continuing descent of the PDRM into lawlessness has been graphically demonstrated by the actions of the plain clothes officer who did not properly identify himself and acted with impunity. SUARAM and LFL condemn the brutal behaviour of the police officer and the silence of his fellow officers who did not stop or restrain him at all. This clearly illustrates the fact that the Malaysian police force is in need of an immediate and true reform.

SUARAM and LFL demands that the Inspector General of Police must:

MEMBANTAH PENAHANAN MUHAMAD ARIF BIN ABU SEMAH DIBAWAH SEKSYEN 3 (1) ORDINAN DARURAT (KETENTERAMAN AWAM PENCEGAHAN JENAYAH 1969) DAN MENUNTUT AGAR TAHANAN DIBERIKAN RUANG UNTUK MENDAPAT BANTUAN GUAMAN

KENYATAAN MEDIA: 28 APRIL 2011

1. PENYEKSAAN DAN PEMAKSAAN UNTUK MENGAKU
2. RASUAH DAN PERAS UGUT
3. TUKAR GARI/ ROADSHOW
4. PENAHANAN TANPA BICARA

Dibawah Akta Kanun Tatacara Jenayah (Criminal Procedure Code).

When we criticize BN, you people say it is okay.

So why can't we criticize MCLM?

What on earth is MCLM wasting its time doing chasing after RPK?

When PKR's Fuziah Salleh is struggling to defend civil rights by doing her best to raise the issue of Lynas trying to build a plant that will even process uranium from Africa, where the hell is MCLM?

Aren't you a civil rights group trying to win our votes?

You MCLM people think you are so great is it, that you won't cooperate with any Pakatan Rakyat party even if it is for the people's good?

Why aren't you MCLM people doing your part according to the People's Declaration to highlight important issues like this?

Why is Haris as MCLM president wasting his time with RPK and RPK as chairman wasting our time with his cat and mouse drama with the cops?

Enough lah, we don't need all this now.

We want Malaysian civil rights to be protected. That's it.

What is MCLM up to anyway??? What are MCLM election candidates doing??

They just say they will stand for elections and will promise the world on campaign day but right now, when it matters, they don't care about us and are busy earning money with their consultancies??

I'm going to write a letter to the press to highlight all this. MCLM is just one big scam.

A real disgrace!

How much has the standard of our civil service deteriorated can be seen from this picture in Sinchew (click here) .

 Another picture from Merdeka review:

In the official welcoming ceremony for visiting Chinese Prime Minister Wen, there was a backdrop with certain Chinese words which were grammatically wrong. One CHinese official was quoted that he could not understand what meaning that phrase was trying to convey. Apparently, it was translated using google translator.

At the same time, a wrong picture was used instead of the historic picture showing our 2nd PM the late Tun Razak shaking hand with Mao during Tun's first visit to China. The picture that was displayed showed Tun Razak shaking hand with an official of China which not even the minister in attendance, Dr Koh T K-a Chinese Scholar- knew about, according to Sin Chew report.

This is really a disgrace to a country which has so many Chinese schools. Even a primary student would have written that phrase correctly.

I cannot understand how protocol officials  do not even know how Mao Tse Tung looks like in photographs. Even though he is dead, any recent world history book or diplomatic handbook on china would have his photos.

This has confirmed what I have been harping all this time– that we have lost excellence in all fields, even in the Protocol Division of the PM department.

I really do not know where to hide my face!

Sumpah Ertinya UMNO Sendiri Tidak Yakin Dengan Keberkesanan Video Blue Rahim Thamby Chik

Posted: 28 Apr 2011 10:34 PM PDT
