Just Like Teoh Beng Hock

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 11:30 AM PDT

Right after lunch, my friend excitedly sent me this news article:

A Customs officer died today after falling from the third floor of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building on Jalan Cochrane where he was being investigated over a billion ringgit in unpaid taxes.

My first reaction was one of shock. My second was one of incredulity - you'd think with Teoh Beng Hock's death, the MACC would be more careful when carrying out their interrogations.

I was shocked because I had been hearing the news of this customs officer being investigated on every radio station on my way to work. No name was supplied, as far as I could remember.

I distinctly remember this news being broadcast on the radio because I used to roll my eyes so frequently at the MACC's attempt to look as if they investigate anyone who is involved in graft and corruption - and not only political opponents.

If MACC was genuinely sincere about fighting corruption, they would haul in all the BN politicians and have them account for their huge mansions cum palaces that they dwell in and the multiple trips that they take abroad at the expense of the tax payer.

But MACC does not do that.

Instead, it victimizes a young political aide and is instrumental in his premature death - just a day before his wedding at that!

This shocks the entire nation, and to date, nothing appears to appease or placate the public outrage. Not a "suicide note", not an Royal Commission of Inquiry.

It is dangerous especially now during election season, where public anger towards BN could potentially lead to BN losing seats to PR in a BIG way.

On the banner it is written "SIAPA BUNUH BENG HOCK??? SPRM, JANGAN JADI SURUHANJAYA PEMBUNUH RAKYAT MALAYSIA".

So this political angle has to be neutralised. BN doesn't want to be seen as the dominant bully who heartlessly kills its opponents. BN doesn't want to be punished.

MACC can no longer be seen as an ally of BN, or vice versa. In fact, it appears that MACC has been chosen to take the rap for allowing its witnesses to:
- commit suicide
- fall out of windows
- grow wings and attempt to fly
- test the theory of gravity
- display no sense of barophobia (learned a new word today, haven't you?)

Of course, MACC's insistent claim is that Teoh Beng Hock committed suicide. They say that is generally what people who have committed a crime and been caught red-handed do.

Now they are going to say that this custom officer had a huge sense of guilt and decided to end his own life. Just like Teoh Beng Hock.

It is just a matter of convenience that they have not disclosed the name of the customs officer in question. Though it really doesn't matter.

You and I are not going to do a DNA check on the dead man's body to verify if it really is the customs officer or some vagabond they found on the side of the road that no one cared about.

As long as they convince some people that the BN government and the MACC play by the rules. That is their goal and motive.

Votes.

Government Must Halt Deaths In Custody, Reform MACC Now — By Lim Chee Wee.

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 07:27 AM PDT

The Malaysian Bar is appalled at the news of the death of Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed, a Customs Department officer, after he reportedly fell from the third floor of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building in Kuala Lumpur.

It is shocking that another person has died in such tragic circumstances, which immediately bring to mind the death of Teoh Beng Hock, who was found on the fifth floor of the MACC's Selangor headquarters in July 2009. It appears that, despite the Teoh Beng Hock incident, MACC's procedures involving the welfare and safety of witnesses and suspects have not changed.

MACC's credibility already leaves much to be desired. MACC officers are either negligent or reckless in fulfilling the duty of care that they owe to those called in for questioning. The institution of Malaysia's enforcement agencies (both the Customs Department and the MACC) is now tainted, and its integrity in grave doubt.

The Malaysian Bar calls for an immediate inquest into the incident, which was, in all likelihood, a death that occurred while Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed was in MACC's custody. Chapter XXXII of the Criminal Procedure Code requires that all custodial deaths be investigated by way of inquest.

Public confidence can only be restored, and justice seen to be done, if there is a high-level, independent, far-reaching and effective inquiry into the circumstances and cause of Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed's death. This incident is a matter of utmost public interest that warrants the highest level of priority. Every death in custody must be thoroughly and impartially investigated. Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed's death must not be relegated to a mere statistic.

The Malaysian Bar also calls on the Government to conduct, by way of a Royal Commission of Enquiry, a concomitant review of MACC's operations, interrogation and investigation techniques, and safety and other protocols.

Recent inquiries into deaths of persons that occur whilst in the custody of, or in or around the premises of, law enforcement agencies, have resulted in "open" verdicts. The Malaysian Bar thus calls on the Government to introduce a Coroner's Act and establish a Coroner's Court, and to conduct a comprehensive review of the manner in which inquiries into deaths are undertaken.

This incident is the latest in a deplorable string of deaths occurring in the context of investigations carried out by law enforcement agencies. It must be the last.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed's family and friends.

MACC Has Not Learned Lessons, Bar Council’s RCI Lawyer Says - By Boo Su-Lyn.

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 07:16 AM PDT

Bar Council lawyers urged a thorough police investigation into the death of a Customs officer who fell outside the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) office here earlier today.

The senior Customs officer, who was being investigated over a billion ringgit in unpaid taxes, died even as a royal commission of inquiry (RCI) is currently investigating the mysterious death of former DAP aide Teoh Beng Hock, who also plunged to his death from an MACC building in 2009.

"Whatever the cause of this tragic death that we heard today, it appears that MACC has not learned from lessons past," Bar Council vice-president Christopher Leong told The Malaysian Insider today.

"Investigations must be done thoroughly, exhaustively right from the start to avoid a case like Teoh Beng Hock, where investigations was not sufficiently thorough when the coroner's inquest produced an open verdict, resulting in a commission of inquiry," added Leong, who heads the Bar Council team in the RCI.

Teoh's body was found on the fifth floor corridor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam on July 16, 2009, after he was questioned overnight by MACC officers at their then Selangor headquarters on the 14th floor.

The police initially classified the case as a sudden death, but public disbelief and uproar forced a coroner's inquest to be held.

The 17-month inquest that ended last January gave an open verdict, where it ruled that Teoh's death was neither suicide nor homicide.

Public outrage forced the Najib administration to set up the RCI to probe the circumstances surrounding the 30-year-old's death to find out the real cause.

MACC investigations director Datuk Mustafar Ali told reporters this morning that the deceased was Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed, a 56-year-old assistant director from the Customs Department in Selangor.

Leong expressed his surprise at Ahmad Sarbani's plunge from the third floor of the MACC office on Jalan Cochrane.

"I would've thought that MACC would have in the past two years, ensured that there should be no deaths in custody of this nature," said the lawyer.

Leong stressed that government agencies were responsible for ensuring the safety of those in their custody.

"The police must do a thorough investigation of this and the police must conduct this investigation without fear or favour and without any interference," said Leong.

Cheow Wee, who is a member of the Bar Council team at the RCI, said it was ironic that Ahmad Sarbani's death occurred just after MACC deputy chief commissioner (Operations) Datuk Mohd Shukri Abdull testified about measures taken to improve the MACC.

"According to Datuk Shukri, they've made some changes ... but obviously, it'll appear that it's not enough," said Cheow.

"Any agency for that matter who takes someone into custody, it's their responsibility to ensure that such things do not happen," he added.

Shukri told the RCI last Monday that since March this year, state branches investigating high-profile cases were required to inform the MACC headquarters from the time a complaint is lodged and of subsequent progress in the case.

Cheow also said today that it was crucial for the police to be given as much time as possible to investigate Ahmad Sarbani's death.

"In RCI, (it) appeared to everyone (that) investigations appeared to be wanting," said the bespectacled lawyer.

"IO (investigating officer) told the commission (he) was under a lot of pressure to complete investigations in a week. They should be given sufficient time to complete investigations as thoroughly as possible," Cheow added.

Edmund Bon, who is also part of the Bar Council team at the RCI, said the MACC had failed its primary responsibility in ensuring the safety of its detainees.

"(The) law enforcement agency is to ensure that (the) person does not come out (of detention) dead," said Bon, who is a campaigner from the Malaysian Centre for Constitutionalism & Human Rights (MCCHR). This should be classified as (a) custodial death," he added.

Bon urged the police to launch an independent investigation immediately.

"Unlike Teoh Beng Hock's death, the opportunity for the police to make it right is present," said Bon.

"The police has to immediately secure all the files, phone records ... and hopefully, the police will come out with a credible explanation," the lawyer added.

Mustafar said Ahmad Sarbani was found dead on the office's first floor at 10.15am.

He explained that the Customs official had returned to the MACC building at 8.26am today unannounced and requested to meet with the investigation officer.

Ahmad Sarbani's body was later found sprawled on the badminton court on the first floor.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Zulkifli Abdullah confirmed that the case has been classified as sudden death and initial investigations have found injuries to the head.

The MACC last week busted a Customs syndicate responsible for billions of ringgit in tax evasion, money laundering and illegal funds outflows after raiding over 100 different premises nationwide.

Mustafar said the operation included the arrest of a husband-and-wife duo working for the Royal Malaysian Customs Department in an east coast state, who were caught with hundreds of thousands of ringgit in cash "scattered around their house."

DEEPAK CARPETMAN CUM BAGMAN BLUE EYED GIRLFRIEND TEXPOSING HER HUGE MILKTANKER MAKING ROSMSH RED EYES

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 07:12 AM PDT

(Malaysiakini, 4 March 2010) – The police has been urged to investigate carpet company director Deepak Jaikishan, who was implicated by private eye P Balasubramaniam of the Altantuya Shaariibuu case, for alleged "suspicious" earnings running into hundred of millions.Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia coordinator Badrul Hisham Shaharin lodged the report at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters today.According to the police report, Badrul Hisham said he had information that Deepak's company – Carpet Raya Sdn Bhd – had recorded RM122 million in revenue and RM7 million in profit.

"The quantum of the profit and revenue is very suspicious in view that the company is registered as a carpet trader," said Badrul Hisham, who is also PKR supreme council member.

"I am skeptical about the profit made by the company because of its nature (a carpet trader), where earnings of such a huge amount is doubtful," he said.

Along with the police report, Badrul has attached information on Carpet Raya obtained from the Registrar of Companies as well as bank transactions involving the company as evidence.

According to Badrul, the evidence was obtained over a month ago but was only made public now after this had been validated.

"My sources will only be revealed if the police can ensure that further action will be taken against the carpet company," he said.

Last year, Balasubramaniam had alleged that Deepak played a role in urging the private investigator to withdraw a damning statutory declaration which drew a link between Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and Altantuya.

Tower of Death

Malaysiakini - Customs officer dies after falling off MACC building

The Chinese and Japanese shun the taboo word '4' because their respective pronunciations of the word 'si' and 'shi' sound like 'die'. It's considered bad luck and an ominous omen to use the word, especially on auspicious occasions.

To avoid it the Japanese even employ an indigenous word 'yon' in lieu.

As a kid, I remember my mum forbidding us kids to utter the word on Chinese New Year's day - we were instructed to use (not unlike the Japanese) a non-Chinese word, which in our case was obviously the Malay 'empat'.

Now, the letter 'C' in English sounds exactly like '4' in Hokkien. Consider MACC, where there's a double 'C'. Given the recent death of Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed, a Custom officer by 'falling from height' at the same MACC building where Teoh Beng Hock was killed, thus a second/similar tragedy, can you blame people for saying:

MACC = Masuk, Akan Cee (Si), Cee (Si)!

You wonder, don't you, when people keep dying at MACC and police stations.

Impossible For Sarbani To Commit Suicide, Say Friends - By Asrul Hadi Abdullah Sani.

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 06:51 AM PDT

Deep in the basement carpark of Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM), shocked relatives and friends grieved silently as the body of Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed lay in the mortuary awaiting an autopsy.

They had come to one conclusion upon hearing of his death plunge earlier — that it was impossible for the 56-year-old Customs assistant director to commit suicide over investigations into over a billion ringgit in unpaid taxes across five ports in the country.

In Customs Department uniforms or clad with headscarves, men and women lined the hallway leading to the mortuary, murmuring prayers and talking in hushed tones about the man who was found sprawled on the first floor after falling from the third floor of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building on Jalan Cochrane this morning.

Some were unable to control their grief, with tears seen trickling down their faces.

Sarbani's family was protective of his wife and five children who were escorted to the mortuary waiting room with their faces covered to avoid photographers from capturing their images. His siblings refused to give any comments to reporters crowding the mortuary.

His childhood friend, Ridzuan Mohamad, told The Malaysian Insider of his disbelief when he received the news of Sarbani's death today.

"I was close to him and he was very humble. I think the charge against him by MACC is nonsense. If it is true then show the proof. The way they interrogated him was not fair. He was just a scapegoat for someone else," said the 46-year-old former reporter.

Ridzuan also said that it was illogical for him to commit suicide because he had always maintained his innocence.

"Last night he called and told me that he was being investigated by MACC. He told me that he was not scared as he has not done anything wrong. He also told me that he was going to send a document tomorrow (today). That was it, to send a document," he added.

Another close friend, Ashaari Isa, added that Sarbani was very pious and that a man of God would not commit suicide.

"That is what MACC has to say but for those that knew him personally then it was impossible (that he committed suicide). His personality and conduct was that of a very religious person," said the 57-year-old businessman.

He also dared MACC to explain why the senior Customs officer would commit suicide and requested for the closed-circuit-television footage (CCTV) to be made public.

Ashaari, who drove from Sarbani's village in Perak, angrily denied that suicide was the cause of death.

"Men from our village don't kill themselves but we kill others," he said in an emotional outburst.

MACC investigations director Datuk Mustafar Ali earlier told reporters that Sarbani had returned to the MACC building at 8.26am today without an appointment and had requested to meet with the investigation officer.

Sarbani had already given his statement to MACC and was released from custody at 12.30pm on Saturday.

He had been remanded on March 29 following an MACC-led swoop on Customs staff, resulting in the arrests of 62 officers.

"The deceased had asked to meet with the investigation officer but did not say why," Mustafar said.

The chief investigator said an officer then accompanied the Customs officer to a room in the office before leaving to collect the case file but found him missing when he returned.

Sarbani's body was later found on the badminton court on the first floor.

Pandamaran assemblyman Ronnie Liu arrived later and was seen consoling the dead man's relatives.

He told reporters that DAP has offered to represent the family but has yet to receive an answer.

Hospital authorities said the autopsy will be conducted at 9pm tonight. Police have yet to say when the body will be released for burial by the family.

Customs Officer Falls To Death During MACC Probe - By Asrul Hadi Abdullah Sani.

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 06:39 AM PDT

A Customs officer died today after falling from the third floor of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building on Jalan Cochrane where he was being investigated with others for over a billion ringgit in unpaid taxes.

MACC investigations director Datuk Mustafar Ali said the Customs officer's body was found sprawled on the first floor at 10.15am.

The death comes even as a royal commission of inquiry (RCI) is being conducted into the anti-graft body's operating procedures following the death of former DAP aide Teoh Beng Hock, who also fell to his death from an MACC building.

Teoh was found dead on July 16, 2009 on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam, Shah Alam, where the Selangor MACC office had then been located.

During a hastily-convened press conference, Mustafar revealed that the deceased was Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed, a 56-year-old assistant director from Customs Department in Selangor.

He explained that Ahmad had returned to the MACC building at 8.26am today unannounced and requested to meet with the investigation officer.

Ahmad had already given his statement to MACC and released from custody at 12.30PM on Saturday.

He had been remanded on March 29 following an MACC-led swoop on Customs staff, resulting in the arrests of 62 officers.

"The deceased had asked to meet with the investigation officer but did not say why," Mustafar said.

The chief investigator said an officer then accompanied Ahmad to an office room before leaving to collect the case file but found him missing when he returned.

Ahmad's body was later found sprawled on the badminton court at the first floor.

"[The] MACC has informed what happened to the deceased's family and management from his department. We have also submitted the matter to the police for further action," he said.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Zulkifli Abdullah confirmed that the case has been classified as sudden death and initial investigation has found injuries to the head.

He added that the operation was ongoing and the full value of tax evasion was not yet known.

Video Blue Rahim: Tutup Perut, Janggut Pula yang Kantoi

NOTA EDITOR: Video Blue Rahim Thamby Chik yang didedah dalam Youtube begitu rapi disunting sehingga watak "Anwar" itu hanya memakai tuala, tanpa menunjukkan perut beliau.

Mereka ingat bila perut dah tutup, trick mereka dah berjaya. Rupanya, janggot pulak kantoi.

Video seks Anwar kantoi kerana janggut (pencerahan)

Enough Is Enough — By Dr Kamal Amzan.

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 05:55 AM PDT

Day after day we are served with an array of news that ranges from upsetting to just simply 'hair pulling', jaw-dropping madness.

One school student died in Kangar after being punished by a teacher, a political aide died after an interrogation (it has been a year now), the command of English is on an unprecedented decline, the audacity in defacing holy books by authorities and banning of silly dances.

This maddening epidemic rages on and one would think our leaders have enough on their plates to dissect and discuss about, but what are their current topic of interest?

I just don't understand the national obsession with sex. Be it the MACC officers who were found to watch and download smut while on duty, religious departments with their constant raid on couples (instead of focussing on drug menace, poor education standards unemployment etc), to the MPs, one of whom actually suggested airing the sex tape in Parliament.

It is unfathomable how these MPs get elected by their constituents.

I say let's cut the chase and get an independent body (read overseas) to verify the tape and be done with it. Then charge (or don't charge) the relevant individuals with the arrays of laws and by laws that this country has at her disposal.

But whatever you do, let's please move on.

I may be wrong, but I was told that we need a lot of money to build MRTs, Menara Warisan, to pay the salaries and bonuses for more than a million civil servants, to build and maintain corridors around the country, etc.

I was also told that fellow tax payers and myself have to sacrifice more and pay six per cent for services nowadays, and to work extra hard with the sole objective of propelling this country into the league of high income countries by the year 2020.

Call me insane but aren't we a team, or must sacrifices only come from law abiding, hard working taxpayers while leaders group together to watch porn?

While our leaders bicker over who's who in the tape, let me remind them that though experts say our economy will grow at an average of six per cent this year, it is still short by an average of one per cent for us to attain high income status by 2020.

The turmoil in Middle East and soaring of petrol prices, earthquakes and tsunamis in Japan will only make the inadequate six per cent more insurmountable than before.

I also hope that our leaders remember that our students and graduates with poor command in English (still) are finding it hard to land a good job, while the talented ones are lost to countries and companies offering better remuneration overseas, not mentioning that the rift between races/religion gets wider everyday thanks to insensitive politicians with mouths bigger than their foot.

So what are the government, opposition, community and society leaders doing about it, hmmm?

We need to move forward, no matter the obstacles we face along the way. Standing idly watching smut, while the world go by is not an option, neither is taking time to consider something so ridiculous as the genuineness of a cheap erotica, or the actors starring in it.

Leaders that hesitate in such simple decision making are either complicit in its production, or else not smart enough to be a leader who needs to prioritize and make fast conclusions for the sake and welfare of all Malaysians.

So many troubles brewing, or has erupted all over the world and we are so blessed and lucky to be spared from it. Let us not invite problems and troubles by paying unnecessary attention to ridiculous and sensational issues, focussing instead on how to make this country we love an even better place to live in.

I offer no apology for saying this and more.

NST Letters: Good on NATO, America for Saving Libyan Lives

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 02:49 AM PDT

Buddy!

From NST Letters:

Libya: Action meant to save lives
2011/04/05
HASSAN TALIB, Gombak, Selangor

Should the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation be blamed for the so-called interference in Libyan affairs to save innocent lives?

MUAMMAR Gaddafi says what is happening in Libya is an internal problem and outsiders have no business to interfere in the internal affairs of Libya.

The moral question before us is this: should the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (Nato) get embroiled in the Libyan crisis ?

Libya does not exist in isolation. No country lives in isolation.

In the global village where the United Nations is the umbrella to all countries, Libya has an obligation to observe the UN charter on human rights.

A big segment of the Libyan population decided to take up arms against Gaddafi after 42 years as their titular leader. Surely, the ordinary people must have a strong reason to rise up against their own leader.

Should the world just watch and become bystanders to see innocent people being slaughtered by their own government?

A peaceful demonstration to express their frustration was met with live bullets. We are not in the age of barbarians where the rule of the jungle is supreme over human lives?

By right, what happened in Libya should be handled by the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC).

But OIC is just that: "Oh, I see!"

There is nothing much OIC can do because it is fragmented, save for the usual hard-hitting rhetoric.

Can we blame Nato for the so-called interference in Libyan affairs to save innocent lives?

Nato must have taken into account the sensitivities of Muslim countries. That is why Nato insists that Arab countries must be part of a UN-sanctioned international force against Libya.

On television, we see ordinary citizens, deemed to be rebels, displaying American flags to show gratitude to the Americans for saving their lives against the well-equipped military of Gaddafi.

Or is this American propaganda? Only those affected in Libya can tell the truth.

It is indeed sad to see Libyans fighting against Libyans. Who is to be blamed for this catastrophe?

The usual stunt is to blame external forces. Seldom does a weak leader blame himself for the mess he created. He would rather cling to power at all cost, even to the extent of seeing his country and people go down the drain.

Indeed nothing is too big a sacrifice in the name of freedom, human dignity and self-esteem. And that is what a big segment of the Libyan people are fighting for.

In Malaysia, we are blessed to have a good life although it may not be perfect.

Let us be grateful, for many people in other developing countries are not so fortunate, Libya being one of them.

Tinkerbell and Anwar's tendril - a story of uprightness that may be a lie

Posted: 06 Apr 2011 05:10 AM PDT

It's the watch, mademoiselle, which would have scuttled the tale of the video-man, Eskey, and not the shape of the actor's body, which are merely lumps of doubt like the sorts that get stuck in the throats of writers and journos in this kind of Malaysian gutter madness with a sex-video to show, yet again.

It's the watch, mademoiselle, 'watch' as in chronograph, not like in 'watching' over and over again a blue video that, as it turns out now, could have been a professional take from a seedy joint on Phaholyothin Road in the anything-can-do shades of Bangkok.

Meester, you want cheap money? Malaysian dolaars … tirty Baht for Fitty Ringgit? Amerikan dolaars?....... You want Malaysian Paspor?

Written in a strip across a sneak teaser of the Anwar Video posted on YouTube on April 4 was the address of the probable source of the Eskay tape. It said 'Phaholyothin Road Bangkok, Thailand 10400, Copyright 2011.' The tape was not taken in a spa in Kuala Lumpur on March 20 or thereabouts as we were earlier told. It was instead taken from somewhere along 'Phaholyothin Road Bangkok, Thailand 10400.'

With "the only available copy" surrendered to the police, the sneak show-time on YouTube forced the IGP, Ismail Omar, to quickly say the police did not upload the teaser on YouTube.

Who is playing who out then?

But does it matter that the police is not responsible?

In the rush of popular reactions over the sex-video caper that's going from bad to worse by the day, people who make surveys have reported the majority of Malaysians blame the Umno and the Barisan Nasional (BN) for the lewd and filthy sex-politicking.

It's a sure kindling of the people's temper that will become converted into People's Power yet again in an environment that has been on the boil over dictators, authoritarian regimes, bad governments and corrupt elites.

The thrust of the combat is now about moral legitimacy and not the cut-and-dry eventual vote-count by the force of "purchasing power parity", which, in the stalled, immobile and tropically humidized social memories, the sensitization of crisp legal tenders slipped from hand to mouth can resuscitate the worst political garbage from natural rot to be recycled in a dump-yard of politics and diplomacy.

Anwar's wife, Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, also reacted.

Looking drawn in the interview she gave at her home on April 5, a day before nominations in the Sarawak state elections, she could have stumped the agony of this filthy Umno politicking by producing the gold Omega watch Eskey said he retrieved from the prostitute who had taken it after fulfilling her role in the video.

Someone had asked Wan Azizah about the watch. She replied it is in her keeping. But why she did not produce it is somewhat of a let-down since that watch, if it is materialized, will trap Eskay.

Still the noose appears to be a living reality that's haunting the threesome in the menage that may finally bring the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) to its ruin.

Does this mean the writer is convinced the stud in the Bangkok opera is not Anwar Ibrahim?

Someone said Eskey appeared like he was playing the role of a director of the show and it seemed to have been based on a clear sight of the movements in the video clip.

Others have said the actor was a carefully chosen Anwar-double but was simply too vigorous for the Opposition Leader who had a spinal injury.

The man in the video had a slight stomach spread and his chest was sloppy. People can hardly think of Anwar being like that.

Others noticed the prostitute patted her hair to be sure she sustained the hair-do, before the camera she knows is rolling.

Eskey is the central member of the trio, Datuk TKO, who screened the sex-video featuring a man with the likeness of Opposition Leader, Anwar Ibrahim, to a select group of journos in the costly Carcosa on March 21. This we already know.

The other two are former Malacca Chief Minister, Rahim Thamby Chik, and the Treasurer of Malay rights group, Perkasa, Shuib Lazim, who is also the Member of Parliament for Sungai Petani, Kedah. We already know this too.

But were the trio together in the joint along Phaholyothin Road in Bangkok and did they enjoy a snack in a klong, of salted wide-eyed Chinese-carp with the woman who could be a pretty ipoh-mali fish-monger, we would need police investigation to tell.

The caper is getting to be a lark. It's the same as it was in 1998-1999 when the antagonist kept the allegations going on and on in the belief as Herr Goebel had, which is to keep repeating a lie until people believe it is true.

As the moral distresses warp the clime in Sarawak today (April 6), which is Nomination Day, Malaysian web-portals and some newspapers wrenched the people into another twist to the Anwar-Video rub-a-dub-dub following the tell-all press conference Wan Azizah held.

In a sentence, the meaning of all that she said is he, Anwar, needs Tinkerbell's magic to put his tendril upright.

He has been disabled the past one year, she said. He has been going with his children for exercises and for therapy.

That means the "Anwar" in the video is not Anwar since that fellow had a different body shape and the real Anwar had not been able to perform sexually for about one year.

That's a bombshell, of course.

But in an arena as evil as the one in which this combat is being fought, it will need the testimony of several medical specialists before it can explode and crush the rude and crude political quest to demolish the character of the rival by the practiced exertion of simple filth.

Is that planned as a follow-up?

It's like the crap allegation against Anwar made by Saiful Bukhari in June, 2008.

The tough-looking young man who alleged Anwar Ibrahim forced him into a passive partnership in bed has been found to have had five DNA specimens in his rectum. It's a miracle!

It is getting clearer by the day that this sort of sex-caper that has become a fetish of the Umno and BN is undermining the ruling coalition and depriving it of the moral legitimacy that is required to inspire the people to want to retain it as the governing party.

The BN is likely to lose in the 13th general elections. ----a. ghani ismail, 6 April, 2011

DEEPAK Carpetman cum Bagman Blue Eyed Girlfriend Texposing her Huge MilkTanker Making Rosmsh Red Eyes

(Malaysiakini, 4 March 2010) – The police has been urged to investigate carpet company director Deepak Jaikishan, who was implicated by private eye P Balasubramaniam of the Altantuya Shaariibuu case, for alleged "suspicious" earnings running into hundred of millions.
Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia coordinator Badrul Hisham Shaharin lodged the report at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters today.

According to the police report, Badrul Hisham said he had information that Deepak's company – Carpet Raya Sdn Bhd – had recorded RM122 million in revenue and RM7 million in profit.
