KUALA LUMPUR, May 10 — Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan today accused a Pusrawi Hospital doctor of lying over a medical report which said he complained his anus hurt because a plastic instrument had been inserted into it.

Cross-examined by defence lawyer Karpal Singh in the continuation of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial, Mohd Saiful told the High Court that Dr Mohd Osman Abdul Hamid's medical report, tendered as evidence, was false.

"Lies. That is not true," he said when asked by Karpal about the medical report, which quoted him as saying a plastic instrument had been inserted into his anus.

According to the report, Saiful informed Dr Osman during an examination in Hospital Pusrawi on July 28, 2008 at 2pm that he had been sodomised via the insertion of a piece of plastic into the anus.

But Saiful also declined comment when queried by Karpal about a separate Hospital Kuala Lumpur medical report's conclusion that there was "no scarring or sign of injuries in the anal area."

Dr Osman's medical report was brought up by Karpal, who had asked Saiful (right) to verify the contents of the report.

Karpal: The doctor will give evidence in this court. Do you still hold on to your denial (of the alleged assault by a plastic object)?

Saiful: Yes, I never said that.

Karpal: Are you saying the doctor is lying (bohong)?

Saiful: I'm not sure.

Karpal: Lying?

Saiful: Yes, lying, not true.

When asked to read the report, Saiful claimed that he could not understand it due to Dr Osman's handwriting.

Saiful told the court he initially informed Dr Osman before the medical examination that his stomach ached and his anus hurt. He said that he only told the doctor about his allegation of being sodomised by Anwar during the examination.

Karpal then read out the medical report from Hospital Kuala Lumpur, which Saiful had later gone to, shortly after completing the examination in Hospital Pusrawi.

According to Karpal, the HKL report stated that there were "no conclusive clinical findings suggestive of penetration."

ul had refused to comment on the medical report, saying that his inability to do so was because he could not see his own anus.

"I cannot see my own anal region, I don't want to comment," said Saiful, inviting squeals of laughter from Anwar's supporters who were present in the courtroom.

Anwar, the 62-year-old PKR de facto leader, is charged with sodomising Saiful at Unit 11-5-1 of the Desa Damansara Condominium in Jalan Setiakasih, Bukit Damansara here between 3.01pm and 4.30pm on June 26, 2008.

The former deputy prime minister has denied the charge, describing it as "evil, frivolous lies by those in power" when the charge was read out to him.

He is charged under section 377B of the Penal Code and can be sentenced to a maximum of 20 years' jail and whipping upon conviction. The trial is taking place 18 months after Anwar was charged in court in August 2008.

Anwar was charged with sodomy and corruption in 1998, after he was sacked from the Cabinet and was later convicted and jailed for both offences.

He was freed in September 2004 and later resurrected his political career by winning back his Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat in a by-election in 2008, which had been held in the interim by his wife.

He had earlier led the opposition coalition, Pakatan Rakyat (PR), to a historic sweep of five states and 82 parliamentary seats in Election 2008.

Earlier, judge Datuk Mohamed Zabidin Mohd Diah had dismissed attempts by Anwar's defence to obtain the list of witnesses to be called up during the trial.

Mohamed Zabidin said that although the High Court had requested for the list to be given to Anwar's defence team, the court's request was "overruled" by the a

nother decision of the Federal Court and the Court of Appeals effectively denying Anwar access.

This led Karpal to reiterate his point that "Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak was involved (in) a political conspiracy to eliminate Anwar from the political scene."

Upon cross-examination, Saiful revealed that he had met Najib on June 24 2008 at the PM's residence in Taman Duta, Kuala Lumpur.

"I met Datuk Seri Najib to talk about my problem," said Saiful who added that he did not meet the PM after June 24.

Saiful also denied meeting Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, Najib's wife.

According to Anwar's former personal assistant, he also met a police officer by the name of ASP Rodhwan at Hotel Mulia on the same night he met the PM.

"I received call from ASP, he wanted to know what problems I was facing," said Saiful.

Saiful appeared calm and composed during the grilling session by Karpal.

Karpal had sought to establish some doubt in Saiful's piety as a Muslim as Saiful revealed that he did not "mandi wajib" on June 27, a day after he was allegedly sodomised.

Karpal: On June 27, you didn't mandi junub (wajib), but you prayed, so your prayers not sah (acceptable)?"

Saiful: I washed a little bit, but yes my prayers tak sah."

Karpal: Saiful is not a good Muslim, (he) doesn't pray. How do you pray without proper mandi junub (ablution)?

Saiful: Saya dalam keadaan darurat masa itu. (At that time I was in a state of emergency).

The trial will continue tomorrow as the court will hear a submission by the defence team to allow them access to statements made by Saiful to the police following the first police report

Oxford English dictionary wrongly defined siphon for the last 99 years

Posted: 10 May 2010 11:05 AM PDT

Well, the truth is most dictionaries wrongly define a siphon as a bent tube so that one arm is longer than the other and it can be used to draw liquid by relying on atmospheric pressure to push the fluid through the said pipe...

of course this is wrong because as all Form Three students know, it is gravity that pulls water out of the long end and effectively sucks in water into the short end...

anyway, An Australaian physicists potted this mistake and the OED admitted they were wrong and will make changes to the 1911 definition, which were written by 'non scientists'

I guess siphon is not a word usually looked up by engineers, scientists and those scientifically inclined because it is a quite simple concept while those who are not so inclined would observe the phenomenon and think it a plausible and acceptable definition..

Wikipedia got the definition right, not surprising is it? Since most Wiki contributors have some level of keen interest in the subject they write about

Alhamdulillah, UMNO sudah daulatkan Raja-Raja Melayu - Bhg 2

Posted: 10 May 2010 10:37 AM PDT

Dimana letaknya temaddun kita orang UMNO?

Semasa itulah kita mendengar UMNO melaungkan ,Daulat Tuanku! Daulat Tuanku! Terlopong mulut saya apabila mendengarnya.

Mahathir does not know the real meaning of totalitarian state a government that subordinates the individual to the state and strictly controls allaspects of life by coercive measures

Posted: 10 May 2010 10:00 AM PDT

Najib, Muhyiddin, Hishamuddin, Rais, Khairy, now this idiot. Talk about a mob mentality. An idiotic mob, in this case. Are they collectively smoking something? Or are all of them suffering from neurosyphilis at the same time? Before you make an allegation towards other i always belief mirror yourself first.. For the past 51 years what did Umno did to Islam And Malay? Still behind chinese in education, Still behind chinese in business, Still behind the world in democratic, still behind the world in everything something you cannot do in 50 years you ask us to do it in 10 years or one year Shafie Apdal i been to semporna.. still the same banyak pengemis like usual 20 years back why lah u cannot do u ask people do? 'worst than animal'type of behaviour.Ever again must Malaysians elect such thugs to our highest office. We can be wrong once but not twice!THE PIG IS THE MOST SHAMELESS ANIMAL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. IT IS THE ONLY ANIMAL THAT INVITES ITS FRIENDS TO HAVE SEX WITH ITS MATE. IN AMERICA, MOST PEOPLE CONSUME PORK. MANY TIMES AFTER DANCE PARTIES, THEY HAVE SWAPPING OF WIVES; I.E. MANY SAY "YOU SLEEP WITH MY WIFE AND I WILL SLEEP WITH YOUR WIFE." IF YOU EAT PIGS THEN YOU BEHAVE LIKE PIGS. WE INDIANS LOOK UPON AMERICA TO BE VERY ADVANCED AND SOPHISTICATED. WHATEVER THEY DO, WE FOLLOW AFTER A FEW YEARS. ACCORDING TO AN ARTICLE IN ISLAND MAGAZINE, THIS PRACTICE OF SWAPPING WIVES HAS BECOME COMMON IN THE AFFLUENT CIRCLES OF BOMBAY.

Did we win allegiance, respect and goodwill by leveraging on these principles? UMNO people hardly talked about these nowadays. They are focused on wining by the mechanical way- spending their way though.
This is disturbing to me and all right thinking UMNO members. I hope the UMNO president, vice presidents, read this. If UMNO's victory is now predicated and dependent on the amount of largesse and money it can dish out to voters, then there is something terribly wrong with UMNO.
Instead of winning the hearts and minds of the people on its principles of struggles, mission and purpose for which UMNO was formed in 1946, it is now actually just a company doing business. Its relevance and legitimacy being is now measured by how much it captures market segment by spending to secure it. It's no longer appealing to the rakyat on the values that it preaches. The way UMNO wins an election is how it conducts its party elections.
Winners just buy their way through.

Part 1Ezam Mohd Nor say sorry to the people of Selangor trying to help NAJIB to take Selangor AND STEALING THEGeorge Soros US10million FREE ANWAR FUND

— Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (picture)today dismissed Pakatan Rakyat's (PR) claims that the country was a totalitarian state, pointing out that the pact had been able win in elections and form state governments.

But Malaysia's longest-serving prime minister admitted that governance would have been easier if he was a dictator.

Assalamu Alaikum,

This is dedicated to Mahathir out there WITH problems, worry about the future, or feel down. I may never see you or know you, but know that I was thinking of you although I think it has a powerful message (in terrible rhetoric… is that the right word?) Hope you like it!

Allah Will Take Care of You

On the road but you have no destination.

No words said but you can feel the sensation.

This world seems unreal so you hide in your imagination,

We are only characters playing a role as God's creation.

Every downfall is only a path to spiritual elevation,

Get up brilliant noble people of Islam's nation.

Forget everything and enter the world beyond sound or hue.

Feel the heart's rhythm that Allah will take care of you.

You don't know it but it is a Divine Miracle.

Only if you breathe it in can you reach your pinnacle.

Embrace it slowly and do not listen to the cynical.

We are so determined to make ourselves the obstacle,

There is someone watching us outside of our minds' cubicle.

Say it loud and clear and break the chains from the physical.

Use not your eyes but your heart to look past the view.

Fall into the fact that Allah will take care of you.

Oh you who has been blessed with God's grace,

Step forward and let His Nur brighten your face.

Trust that every single atom made in the entire space,

Only does God's Will at the Divine pace.

Don't think your will can compete against God's in a race.

Be content that where you are is only a temporary place.

The words of this message can only be so many or so few,

Trust in Allah that Allah will take care of you.

The universe comes to greet us every night.

Suns are little specks compared to your heart's light.

Speak your soul and trust in Allah tonight.

There is no other way to say this forthright.

The only person who can help you is you in this insight.

Say it everyday and make every moment make it anew.

Submit all your thoughts to remember that Allah will take care of you.

Oh (my name), can't your blind eyes see?

It was never about your will, but your destiny.

Say it loud and clear: God will watch over me

Don't ever forget it and let it shadow you for eternity.

Let this beautiful fact pull you in God's gravity.

Fall into God's embrace and don't think you never knew.

Let it echo in every soul that Allah will take care of you.

"In Malaysia, the opposition said that we are a totalitarian state because we have had the same party ruling the country since independence but we have seen that the opposition have the chance to win at all levels of election and they are also able to form governments.

"So this is proof that Malaysia is a democracy because the opposition can actually win," he said at the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) 50th anniversary lecture here.

Dr Mahathir said that democracy is a "great system" because it allows the public to elect and reject leaders at the polls but he felt that modern democracy has made governing difficult because many groups are claiming for their rights.

"People keep adding other things to democracy and make things very difficult. Over time, it has been rights of the majority, minority rights, human rights, and women's rights. Everyone claiming for their rights has made governing difficult," he said.

Dr Mahathir noted that being a dictator would have solved the issue of governance.

"If I had been a dictator then governance could have been easy. I could have just declared a decree and faced no opposition. But having accepted the democratic, one has to handle governance carefully. A lot of people are lined up against you.

"There will be people quite anxious to take over and willing to do gymnastics. There was a time when I was nearly toppled but fortunately I won by 43 votes so Tengku Razaleigh didn't have the chance to be PM," he said.

He also said that Malaysia's democracy should not be influenced by Western values.

"I brought up a very nice chap who was very religious and groomed to be my successor. He wanted to be everything quickly as possible so he plotted against me. He did something which was not acceptable by us but very acceptable in Europe and the US. I don't know what but you can guess what it is.

"In certain democracies, it is acceptable that marriages can be between man and man. They ask why should marriage only be between man and woman? I don't think we should entertain that type of democracy in our country," he said.

Dr Mahathir also urged the public to be more critical of the current administration.

"In some countries, the appointments of the Cabinet members are vetted by the members of Parliament.

"Unfortunately in Malaysia, we do not question whoever is chosen by the prime minister to be members in the Cabinet. We are very docile people, even we don't question when there is something wrong. We keep very quiet and will complain very softly to your friend and will not say it loud. This is because by being very critical, it will affect you," he said.

Dr Mahathir also stressed the importance of Barisan Nasional regaining its two-thirds majority in Parliament.

"During my time, we emphasised that we need for the government to have a strong majority. We must get a two-thirds majority so can we govern the country without being hampered by the opposition too much.

"They can obstruct you but they will not have the power to frustrate you completely. If you want to do something like when we had to amend the constitution to free the people from the royal family or rather by a raving Sultan," he said.

He added that two-thirds majority in Parliament was important for balance of power in Parliament.

"Having two-thirds majority is important because it balances the power of dissent on the part of the opposition and the power of the government to carry out its job as the governing coalition. As prime minister, I have always been able to get the two-thirds majority," he said.

BN, led by former premier Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, lost its customary two-thirds parliamentary majority in Election 2008.

PAS Church Outing in SIBU Slammed

Posted: 10 May 2010 08:19 AM PDT

SIBU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) has slammed a move by PAS to engage the Christian community in Sibu.

PBS deputy president Maximus Johnity Ongkili said there was nothing PAS could teach Sarawakians and Sabahans when a PAS delegation visited the Sacred Heart Church here over the weekend.

"Sarawakians and Sabahans know all about inter-religious harmony and tolerance. They are more tolerant in dealing with multi-religious and multi-racial issues," said Ongkili.

"Actually, they should have come to Sabah and Sarawak to learn from us how (inter-religious) consultation is done at the highest level. It had never been an issue."

The PAS leaders' visit to the Sacred Heart Church was led by Shah Alam MP Khalid Ibrahim on Sunday. On Saturday, the DAP held a closed door meeting with 60 priests.

Khalid said Pakatan Rakyat and PAS' move to meet with Sibu's large Christian community was aimed at dispelling notions that it was an extremist party.

"Umno-BN has projected us (PAS) as anti-Muslims and an extremist party. We are not. We are here to reach out to the Christians and explain ours and Pakatan's philosophy," said Khalid.

Fifty-three percent of Sibu's 54,649 voters are Christians who are still concerned about the arson attacks on churches nationwide early this year.

The attacks followed the Dec 31 ruling by the KL High Court, allowing the Christian community to use the term 'Allah" in its worship and in its Catholic weekly, Herald.

Chinese votes crucial

The outcome of the Sibu parliamentary seat by-election, which fell vacant following the death of MP Robert Lau, could go either way, according to BN's assessment of the situation.

While confident of the 10. 5% Malay/Melanau votes, the BN has lost large chunks of Chinese votes since the 2008 general election.

Despite efforts to reach out to Chinese community, the outcome of the recent Hulu Selangor by-election had proven that it failed to convince them.

It is matter of grave concern for BN in Sibu where 66.7% of the 54,649 voters are Chinese. The Sarawak Bumiputeras make up the balance which both parties are now fervently wooing.

The Sibu by-election, set for May 16, is a three-cornered fight. Contesting the seat are BN-Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP)'s Robert Lau Hui Yew (nephew to the late Sibu MP Robert Lau), DAP's Wong Ho Leng and independent Narawi Haron.

In the last election, the late Lau wrested the seat in another three-cornered tussle with DAP and PKR, winning by a 3,323 vote majority.

P212 “People Power vs Handicap Bookies”

Posted: 10 May 2010 07:40 AM PDT

The first words uttered were in Hockien,"Chin A- Tang Boh..?" It seems the illegal bookies are running scared as most punters in P212 are banking on Wong Ho Leng to give them an early Gawai present.

Eventhough the goodies are a plenty in terms of project development funds, refrigerators, fans, and the newest addition in a by election "mattresses" the BN handicap of 2000 votes losing 85 cents and DAP wining 75 cents are as hot as they come. When one bookie opens up his bets the sharks swallow it all up in a matter of minutes. The trend is not dissimilar to 1982 and has that certain hallmark says a veteran punter

The bookies are asking their BN friends whether the BN will win over 2000 to save their bets. Will they be hit hard this time round? People Power { Punters } in P212 Sibu has a history of knocking out a giant killer the former DCM Wong Soon Kai was a victim of overzealous betting.

Both sides of the political divide condemn election betting but its a known fact that it will not be able to eradicate this menace. This time it seems the people power on the ground is going all out to deal a bad body blow to the RICH SYNDICATED LOCAL BOOKIE FIRMS.

If not why all the sudden frentic calls like the time when the electricity was cut off /tripped /damaged/burnt  during football matches especially the one between West Ham and Arsenal. The tip caused a number of established local heavy weight bookies to close shop and flee.

Something is moving the market and even the impending arrival of Najib with more immediate goodies have not stopped the trend. Will DAP/PR suffer with a backlash..? Though its early days yet but once the Sibu folks have made up their minds its difficult to overturn their decision. Its Gawai Soon and BN/SUPP win with 1999 votes will keep the People Power happy…………………

Saiful met Najib and that proves something very important

Posted: 10 May 2010 05:42 AM PDT

Anyone want to hazard a guess what this statement under cross examination proves?

Anyone?

The Opposition says that this proves there is a conspiracy...

hmm, lets relook at the sequence of events with the innocent and unsuspicious mind of a child.

Anwar allegedly sodomises Saiful repeatedly, the last time being the one mentioned in court

Saiful met the Prime Minister and the Prime Minsiter told him to sort it out with the police since sodomy is illegal in Malaysia, regardless of whether the adults consented or not.....

That hardly adds up to a conspiracy... does it?

I think the statement only proves one thing and one very important thing only....

Saiful met Najib that's all

Ibrahim Ali: Revoke parlimentary immunity

Posted: 10 May 2010 04:35 AM PDT

Pasir Mas MP Ibrahim Ali suggested that the parliamentary immunity in the Dewan Rakyat to be revoked so that all elected representatives will be more responsible in their speeches especially when making accusations against others. The chairman of Malay right-wing group Perkasa made the suggestion today in response to accusations by opposition MP Saifuddin Nasution (Machang) that he owned shares in gambling business. PKR secretary-general Saifuddin made the allegation in March during a parliamentary debate. Meanwhile, Ibrahim said that he had sent a legal letter to Saifuddin yesterday. "He should withdraw the accusations made in Parliament or face a legal action," he said.

updated Excuse me, Hypocrite BEER BARREL Hishammuddin YOUR statement was “infuriating” and “demeaning.” WHY YOU USE WOMAN AS A SEX OBJECT RESIGN NOW BUDDY!

— Do you know that every time I go out with my handbag I fear for my life? When I'm walking on the streets I make every effort to not have my handbag face the road for fear of snatch theft.
When I'm in a train, I make sure that I double loop my hand over the straps of my bag just in case someone snatches it away as I doze off. I have, in my years, trained my eyes to identify shadows trailing mine from its peripherals.
And at almost every time, I keep myself alert to send a kick or an elbow at the direction where my panic sensor beeps.
And frankly, to be on guard always is tiring.
It's only this year that I've started carrying a handbag around and proud because I really like this gift from a friend. It's big so I can put a book inside to read when I'm idle, bring an umbrella just in case it rain, and carry a 1L water bottle to replenish my body's liquid needs. I do my part for the environment by putting small items inside and refuse plastic bags.
It's trendy, handy, and environmentally-friendly.
I've never really been a fan of handbags because they always make me feel vulnerable when I'm out on the streets. Now, it's clear to me that it's not the handbags that make me vulnerable, but rather it is insensitive and inconsiderate ministers like you who continuously fail to make streets safe for many women like me.
Street crimes are real and are scary. Have you not seen the videos of women being robbed in lifts? Have you not read about women dying from being dragged as a result of snatch theft?
Have you no regard for Jamilah Selamat, who was pregnant when she died a little more than a year ago from snatch theft? Her children lost their mother and her husband lost his wife. And what is it that I hear about policemen sexually harassing women?
Incidences like these don't happen in your world, do they? They're all just women's gossip to you, aren't they? That's all we women do right? Of course, you, the "high-class" man who never needs to walk the streets won't ever know what it's like for us who are women and those who need to walk and take the cramped, public transport.
Do people give you wolf whistles as you walk? Do they deliberately press their crotches against you?
I'll tell you what's real. I don't know anyone who thinks highly of the police force. Police are more synonymous with corruption than public security. When there are reports of crime declining, the first thought that comes to my head isn't that security is getting better but rather fewer people are reporting the crimes for the obvious reason that nothing is going to happen anyway.
One can choose to disregard these as "gossips" or choose to acknowledge these as concerns that needs to be addressed. If you have no interest in public security, with all due respect, please step down and I'd like you to be replaced by someone who actually cares.
I am a 21-year-old, I am a woman, and I am telling you that I want the streets to be safe so that I can carry my handbag around without fearing for my life.

We UMNO are blameless. We are Gods!! You shall pay UMNO taxes, so that everything can be YOUR fault. Look at my RM250,000 Philippe Patek Watch. This is Taxpayers' money. You must be grateful. You are all pendatangs. I too am a pendatang but I have managed to lie to you and now am in charge; and in control. I will use the ISA, which is under MY jurisdiction to arrest all of you who complain!! I will hide under the skirt of Allah so that no one can question my Faith, and make myself invincible!!!

A pathetic bleat came from London yesterday, basically and plainly stating, "Happy Mother's Day. Screw all you Malaysian women, for making MY Homeless Ministry look bad. If you get Raped, it's YOUR fault! If your House gets Robbed, it's Your fault! If your children get killed by Malaysian Police Officers, twice in the same month, it's still YOUR Fault! I will hide under the skirt of Allah, so that no one can question my Faith, and make myself invincible!!! As far as you are concerned, I might as well be YOUR Allah!! Worship me!! And pay me Zakat, and Tithes."
Even worse, he said this to young children, who have yet to finish school. Possibly even to his imminent-replacement sitting in the crowd, staring bleary-eyed at the semi-Turkish Migrant who went on a vomit of mindless-babble. To this semi-Turk, who seemed to have forgotten his origins, let me set the record straight for this History-Denier.
The original Turkish people, of Mongoloid Origin, were the real founders and masters of the Ottoman Empire, which was largely made possible from the Mongol Empire's subjugation of the Sultanate of Rûm, itself ruled by the descendants of significant population of ethnically Mongoloid Turks (i.e. ethnic groups physically resembling that of Mongolian, Tibetan, Han Chinese, Manchurian, Korean, Japanese, etc, but speaking the original Turkic language that was born in the region covering modern-day northern China and Mongolia), otherwise known as Seljuks. It was from the Seljuks that the Turkic language became a standard. The Ottoman 'Turks' had culturally and ethnically evolved since medieval times from some inter-racial mixing of Caucasoid Indo-Europeans and Mongoloid Turco-Mongols, but have become increasingly Caucasoid Indo-European since the beginning of the Ottoman Empire.
In spite of this, the people of the Ottoman Empire still prefer to call themselves 'Turks', an ethnic and genetic misnomer which has remained to this day that identifies not only those cultures of people with original Mongoloid (and hybrid) characteristics, but also anybody from Europe to Asia who speak a Turkic-derived language, and any national of the nation of Turkey.
Now that we all know who the REAL Turks are, it comes as NO SURPRISE that this semi-Turkish-Chindian Homeless Beer-Guzzler has the gall to address Women the way he did so unceremoniously during his Mother's Day Message. It is almost as if he said it as though he had no mother. His Daddy would have turned in his grave had he known that his Racist Son, and now Sexist Son has decided to insult 55% of Malaysia's Population all at the same time. How different is this from "All you bloggers are but Job-less Housewives, with nothing else better to do."
Malaysia has tolerated such corrupted Ministers for long enough. It is time to close the door on them. Forget tolerating them, this is now over-the-limit. We have sacrificed so much for you. You are ungrateful creatures. You rob us of our freedom, you rob us of our liberty. You rob us of our youth, and now you are killing them in plain sight, and you say that it is only trifle gossip? Should we load the dead onto an ox-cart, and lay them on your doorstep everytime one of us dies? That way, you can see that we are not just gossiping. We can start with the 1800 bodies who died in remand detention last year alone. Add to that, Teoh Beng Hock, Kugan, and so on. This list will go on for miles. And the stench of the murdered Malaysians would go even further. Would you still say that we are gossiping?
How long will it take for you to sign a piece of paper? Yes, your resignation letter, afterwhich you may "Go with the Divine Wind", as you fall on your own sharpened sword while your assistant lops off your head with a cleaver to minimize your suffering. Well, you might say "Ya, when pigs can fly". Well, Homeless Minister, they have. Two of them, in fact, by your own henchmen. Perhaps it is time that you migrated back to Turkey, where they might tolerate sexists, and racists. I bid thee adieu. Do the right thing. Go with the Divine Wind.
Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders said today that Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein should apologise after the Home Minister said that street crime in Malaysia were exaggerated by idle chatter of women while at the hairdressers.
The lawmakers agreed that the Umno vice-president's statement was insensitive and irresponsible.
Last night, Hishammuddin told students at the Malaysian Students Department in London that "chit-chat" among women have exaggerated the level of street crime in the country and caused fear among the public.
"Most victims are women. What do women do? They go to the hairdressers … they chit-chat and suddenly it is everywhere and cause people to fear," Hishammuddin said.
DAP's Ipoh Timor MP Lim Kit Siang was outraged that Hishammuddin would blame women especially on Mother's Day.
"I am also flabbergasted and outraged that Hishammuddin could be so irresponsible as to blame Malaysian women on Mother's Day for the exaggeration of the endemic crime situation in the country.
"Hishammuddin should apologise for his insult to Malaysian women on Mother's Day and blaming women's chattering for exaggerating the crime problem and demonizing the police," he said in a press statement.
PKR's Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar said the minister's statement was an insult to women in the country.
"It really is very gender insensitive and again it is finger pointing by no other than a top minister. It showcases that government is at a loss of the real issue which is the problem of trigger happy police and structural reforms that needs to be implemented. These are serious issues which needs to be considered and is no joking matter.
"I really take offense to his statement because it is an insult to women. This is really unprofessional by our Home Minister. It was really irresponsible for him to make that statement. It is wrong to go to the hair salon? It is very insulting," she told The Malaysian Insider.
She added that Hishammuddin must not only apologise but also understand issues affecting Malaysians.
"Clearly, a public apology would only be the first step. He does not understand the real issue and reasons why public perception is so bad. Criticisms leveled against the police do not equate hatred but a real desire to see an improved service and level of security. If he fails to see this, we need a new minister," said Nurul Izzah.
Seputeh MP Teresa Kok said Hishammuddin was insensitive for joking about women.
"His statement is crazy and gender insensitive. He is running down and blaming women for being victims of crime. This statement shouldn't have come out from the mouth of the Home Minister. He is the internal security minister and his job is devise ways to make the streets safer for Malaysians. Instead he takes this issue so lightly and even laughs at women and accused women of doing nothing. This is very irresponsible of him.
"This can make people ask him what has he done to reduce street crime for the public? Hishammuddin has a wife, daughter and mother who are women and subjected to street crime too," she said.
Women's Aid Organisation's executive director, Ivy Josiah, said Hishammuddin statement was "infuriating" and "demeaning."
"This is an outrageous, ill informed and knee jerk remark. Just in the month of April, two of my colleagues had their bag snatched in Section 14 PJ. In Section 6, where I live, the neighborhood has experienced at least five snatches.
"To downplay street crime to women's idle chatter is infuriating and demeaning. Perhaps the minister needs to take a bus, walk to the shops and cross a street to understand how frightening it has become. For the record, most of us women cannot afford to go to the hairdresser," said Ivy.

So, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein cleared the Prisons Department to cane Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno for drinking beer. The same Home Minister that is known to enjoy a cold beer every now and again. The same Home Minister that was pictured drinking a few cold beers in the playboy days surrounded by a bunch of loose drunken women. The same Home Minister who's wife was also pictured knocking a cold one down herself. Anyway, send in more pictures and/or video of Muslim politicians in Malaysia who don't practice what they preach toGutterUncensored@yahoo.com. The corruption and phoniness of some Malaysian politicians would be funny if they didn't have the power to torture people. How can a man who himself clearly enjoy a beer every now and again himself  a paper clearing the way for another person who share his taste. The double standard of these people is incredible, someone need to tell Hishammuddin Husseinthat he is a Muslim that has violated Syariah law. And ask him when is he going to get his six strokes from the cane. It's only fair… It would be justice. The Starreport:

Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein has "cleared" the Prisons Department to cane part- Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno. He said department director-general Datuk Zulkifli Omar and a woman officer came to his office last week to conduct a caning demonstration for him.

"She tapped the back of a chair with the cane.

"There was little force involved and it was not going to inflict pain, not even like the caning carried out in schools in those days.

"I am now satisfied that the caning can be carried out by the department if the court decides to proceed and enforce the sentence," he said in an interview.

Hishammuddin had recently said the ministry needed to study the proper procedures before caning the woman according to Syariah law, adding that he would not allow the department to execute the caning sentence if it did not have the knowledge and expertise to do it.

Kartika, a 32-year-old mother-of-two, was fined RM5,000 and  to be whipped six times for drinking beer in a hotel in Cherating last year.

Her sentence has been deferred until after Ramadan.

Several parties, such as the Bar Council, have called for the sentence to be annulled.

Hishammuddin said that although he was now satisfied that the department was able to conduct the caning, he still felt it had no experience to do so.

"This is because the woman (Kartika) will be the first to be caned (under Syariah laws applicable to Muslims). Four men who have received caning sentences by the Syariah Court are appealing their sentences," he said.

On the merits of Kartika's caning sentence, the minister said he had told the department not to get "embroiled in this."

"That is not their purview. It is the judicial process which decides that. If the caning sentence is to be imposed, it is their duty to carry it out fairly."

Kartika's father, Shukarno Mutalib, when contacted, said the family was happy to hear that the department was able to handle the caning.

"Alhamdullillah (praise be upon Allah). Kartika wants it over and done with," he said.

It would seem hypocrisy is an official state policy in Malaysia. Here is Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein enjoying a few cold Anchor beer with a few ladies in his younger playboy days. These pictures have been around for some time now but it is an appropriate time to share them again in light of his recent decision to have a woman suffer from six  from a cane.Hishammuddin Hussein was never caned for drinking beer because certain people in Malaysia can getaway with murder while people like Kartika are treated like dogs for the most minor infractions. Yup, she is going to be punished for the same crime the Home Minister himself is no stranger to. The woman officer should have demonstrated the caning on him for his past infractions of the laws he is enforcing now. Hopefully the western media with pick up on this bit of hypocrisy. Click pictures to enlarge.

This is supposedly one of his mistresses, the air stewardess that was caught having an affair with him in Johor Bahru. And she is said to be the same lady that he took to Mongolia on a trip with the then PM.

Booze and ladies, all you need in life.

Here is his wife not to be confuse with his mistress enjoying a cold one too. She look totally wasted but she seem to be hotter than his mistress.
Here is the hypocrite minister when he is not getting wasted:

Pay increase to achieve High income status?

Posted: 09 May 2010 11:52 PM PDT

The Star carried a news report today that a Deputy minister said this:

A pay increase for over one million civil servants is one of the key ingredients in ensuring the success of the New Economic Model (NEM)….

He said this was to ensure that the NEM's objective of transforming the country from a middle-income economy to that of a high-income would improve the public sector's productivity, thus ensuring successful development.

"Singapore shifted to a high-income economy several years ago by setting high pay for civil servants, which has succeeded in improving its economic performance.

"So civil servants in this country cannot be ignored," he said

I thought that was a very simplistic view of how to transform Malaysia from a middle income country to a high income country.

Increasing the pay of the civil servants without increasing the productivity and ensuring that there is a matching growth of the economy will only make the country incur more debts.

Say if there is an  increase of pay without increase in economic activity and growth, the operating budget of the government will increase , and this increase will either come at the expense of the smaller development budget or making the budget deficits bigger. If the budget deficits is bigger, then we need to borrow more to fund the deficits, and ultimately the country will be in a bad financial state. If the development budget is smaller, then we cannot fund projects to stimulate our economic expansion.

It is like a company suddenly raising the staff's salary across the board without any increase in its revenue and profits. So whatever increase will be from either its reserve or borrowing. This will ultimately affect the balance sheets and the shareholders will suffer .

If the solution is so simple, then even Nigeria, Myanmar would be HIgh Income countries by just increasing the pay of its civils service and forcing its private sectors to increase pay for all Nigerians or Burmese.

We need to increase our economic activities and growth so that we enlarge our tax revenues, making the nation and the government richer in order to pay our workers higher salaries and thus move up the Economic ladder. There is no shortcut to this!

Singapore is a total different case altogether. They pay higher salary to their civil servants because they have the best in their civil service, and their economy was growing much faster at that time when they raised the civil service's pay. The pay increase matched the productivity increase.

This cannot be said of our civil service where not everything , from recruitment to promotion, depends on meritocracy. In Malaysia, we still have the crutch syndrome and this is a direct opposite of meritocracy. Without meritocracy, ow are you going to attract the best brains into civil service? If the best brains are not in civil service , then how are you going to compete with private sector, no matter how high you raise your salary?

The whole idea ( to increase pay to make the country a high income country)is naive and does not make much sense to me. A high income country depends on innovation and knowledge, and i think we have not done very well in both these areas.

I guess there is no chance of a disease becoming a minister or even deputy minister huh???

BREAKING NEWS; COP CHARGED FOR TEEN SHOOTING

Posted: 09 May 2010 10:19 PM PDT

This should prove once and for all that the Police takes very seriously every incident involving civilian death..

I wonder how the Opposition will continue to spin this story??? They always do

below is the The Star's report

Cop charged over Aminulrasyid's shooting

By WANI MUTHIAH

SHAH ALAM: Policeman Jenain Subi has been charged with the shooting of teenager Aminulrasyid Amzah at the Shah Alam Sessions Court here.
He was charged at about 12.15pm on Monday under Section 304 of the Penal Code for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
Jenain, who claimed trial, faces a maximum jail term of 30 years if found guilty.
Judge M. Gunalan set bail at RM10,000 and fixed June 10 for mention.

However, his friend Azamuddin Omar, 15, who was with him in the car, has denied the claim.

Kelantan Sultan's habeas corpus hearing adjourned

Posted: 09 May 2010 09:47 PM PDT

The Special Court hearing over the habeas corpus application at Putrajaya today to 'free' the Sultan of Kelantan Sultan Ismail Petra Sultan Yahya Petra, has been adjourned. A later date to hear the application will be fixed. The adjournment was due to a lack of quorum of judges as the Federal Constitution states that the Special Court must consist of five judges to hear the matter. However, the current panel today only had four judges. The habeas corpus application was brought by the lawyers for the Kelantan Sultan.

Berahim PERKASA Kena Jelas, Siapa Yang Hantar 250 UTK Menyerbu Baginda Sultan Kelantan

Posted: 09 May 2010 09:05 PM PDT

Kelantan Sultanate ~ Time for a new Sultan?

Posted: 09 May 2010 08:17 PM PDT

If you read the newspapers today, I'm sure that you won't miss the front page photos showing the ailing Sultan of Kelantan looking very feeble and obviously a victim of stroke affecting his physique especially His Majesty's hands.
Sultan Kelantan.jpg
The reality that His Royal Highness is no longer fit to carry out his role as the Sultan of Kelantan is so clear that only those who have vested agendas and conceited plans will continue to insist that the now ailing Sultan can still perform his royal duties as the Ruler of Kelantan Darul Naim.
kelantan-arms.jpg
From what we have all been exposed to, there is a power struggle between the Regent of Kelantan Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra Sultan Ismail Petra who is now the Acting Sultan and his younger brother Tengku Temenggong Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra Sultan Ismail Petra as to who should succeed the Sultan of Kelantan if His Majesty becomes totally incapacitated as he is now seen to have become?
Kelantan Sultan n Princes.jpg
His Royal Highness Acting Sultan Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra is a regent known to be free from any scandals and is highly respected by his subjects as well as the ruling Kelantan PAS State Government.
Tengku Faris.jpg
His Highness enjoys the respect and total support from Kelantan Menteri Besar Dato Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, who is also PAS's Spiritual Leader and is known to be a very religious royal. His Royal Highness Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra has shown himself to be a very capable leader of the Sultanate of Kelantan and deserves to ascend the throne now in order to be in full command of his state.
TGNA menyambut TM Tengku Faris Petra.jpg

Imam Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra_2.jpg

Imam Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra.jpg

The Sultan of Kelantan deserves to be treated with decorum as a ruler who has done his best for his state and now ought to be retired and taken care of for the rest of his life by the state. It is in the best interests of both the state and the people of Kelantan that their state be now ruled by a royal heir such as His Royal Highness Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra Sultan Ismail Petra.

The Malay Rulers Council ought to call for a special meeting and solve this Sultan of Kelantan royal tug of war between the Acting Sultan and his younger brother Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra Sultan Ismail Petra who has been embroiled in several court cases involving his estranged wife, the Indonesian model Manohara Odelia Pinot who continues to defy the court ruling ordering her to return to him.

From what I have come to learn from reliable sources, the troubles at the Istana seem to be interconnected with the dictates of Her Royal Highness Tengku Anis, the Sultanah of Kelantan who is said to interfere with the treatment procedures for the ailing Sultan Ismail Petra, who seems to be caught between the devil and the deep blue sea in this ongoing royal power struggle between the two princes?

There is only one way to solve this debacle.

Acting Sultan of Kelantan HRH Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra deserves to be installed as the new Sultan of Kelantan soon.

Insya Allah!
