Peguam: Sultan Kelantan masih waras, sedar Mei 7, 10 3:21pm
Kekanda sedih setiap kali Sultan Kelantan kata nak balik

Oleh Anak Mami
UMNO PENDERHAKA !!!
2. Pada tahun 1974 Tan Sri Ghazali Jawi, ayah kepada Datuk Seri Tajol Rosli enggan meletak jawatan Menteri Besar Perak, walaupun perjanjian asalnya beliau hanya mahu memegang jawatan tersebut selama dua tahun sahaja. Sampai masa beliau mungkir janji menyebabkan Sultan Idris murka. Baginda bernazar tidak mahu bercukur jambang selagi Ghazali tidak mahu melepaskan jawatannya. Bukan ini derhaka namanya. Tiba-tiba sahaja Tajol Rosli berkata Umno tidak pernah derhaka. Kalau begitu apa tafsiran tindakan bapanya itu?
3. Pada tahun 1979, Menteri Besar Pahang ketika itu, Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakar berselisih faham dengan Sultan Pahang. Media pro Umno mengkritik Sultan secara terbuka.
4. Pada 1983 Umno mengurangkan kuasa YDP Agong berhubung pengisytiharan darurat. Apabila Majlis Raja-Raja Melayu menolak cadangan tersebut Umno membelasah institusi raja melalui media kawalannya.
12. Kenyataan biadap Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, bekas Menteri Besar Perlis yang mengatakan beliau mempunyai bukti Sultan Kelantan sekarang tidak layak menduduki takhta.
13. Tan Sri Muhammad Muhammad Taib mendakwa Datuk Seri Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin "derhaka".
Omar Goh juga merasai dirinya serba salah, dimana aunty angkatnya Rosmah Mansor mengambil alih The First Lady of Malaysia. Namu kita nampak Malaysia telah tukar jadi negara republik, dan hak keistimewaan kerabat raja telah dirampas di depan rakyat, tapi sayangnya Omar Goh buat bodoh tanpa memberikan apa komen ... kakakak... Bodoh sombong lah Omar Goh eh.............

There is only 1 version of the shooting of a teenage boy by police in
Shah Alam, the correct and true version.
However, there are multiple versions in the media.
Only 1 media version (or none) is the true and correct version.
The difficulty is in learning the true facts of the case.
Fortunately there was a civilian witness, a friend of the victim who
was in the car during the shooting.
Hopefully a proper enquiry will be done and the truth made public.
One clinical psychologist, i think his name is Teoh, came out in
defence of the police.
He said the police were unable to see who they were shooting at.
The police have no bloody business shooting blindly at people!
One other account of the case says the boy was shot in the face at
close range, so close there was gunpowder on his face.
If he was shot at such close range, how is it the police were not
fully aware of who they are shooting?
The police serve the public and the public pays their salaries.
For the benefit of all Malaysians, civilians and the portion of the
police force who are caring and hard working, the truth of the case
must be made public.

If this banner is anything to go by, he clearly thinks that Nik Aziz is a Wahabbi and is of the opinion that PAS's spiritual leader are leading the Malays astray...
being called a Wahabbi is the worst insult for a Muslim, let a lone someone who claims to be a spiritual leader.
Wahabbism, named after Muhammad Abdul Wahab, an arrogant middle eastern scholar of questionable repute whose claim to fame is his lack of respect for Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
He told his people that his walking stick is more useful than the Prophet because the Prophet is dead and he can still lean on his walking stick... this breathless lack of understanding of creation has been taken as the fundamentalist stance of the Wahabbi...
The Wahabbis are deathly afraid of Muslims worshiping the Prophet, a misplaced fear that Islam would turn into another Prophet worshiping faith like Christianity...
The curse of Wahabbism was predicted by the Prophet when he spoke of the two horns of Najd. this famous Hadis is also narrated by Bukhari so it is not something to be brushed aside...

When I read The Malaysian Insider's Tsu Koon slams Azhar, Guan Eng I thought to myself: Wah, Ah Koon has finally found his balls to criticise an UMNO man, but [sob] alas, he was actually defending the subversive demagogue.
Note what has been reported by The Malaysian Insider:
The senator [that's Ah Koon, an unelected unrepresentative UMNO underling who swore before the March 2008 election he won't go into parliament or government through the backdoor] said that while Azhar had wanted to defend Barisan Nasional (BN) and Umno against attacks by Pakatan Rakyat leaders in the state assembly, he …"
"He has thus opened himself to further attacks by the opposing side, ..."…
"Although he may have genuine concerns about potential adverse reactions from the Malays and Umno members towards DAP's repeated provocation, …"
But Koh said a telephone conversation with Azhar yesterday saw the Umno man defending himself, saying that he had made the statement under "serious provocation" by Lim and that the alleged agitation was made "with racial undertones".
Koh hit out at Lim and the DAP leaders for their repeated "harsh, crude attacks and allegations against the BN federal leadership and agencies on every matter."
Cheh … ptui!

PROTON have also proven that they have a crappy sense of humour. In Page 13 of the street version of The Sun (which I would have scanned for you if my crappy Epson CX3500 hadn't died on me) there is a full-paged advertisment for Proton's EXORA. The headline reads.........
"The kids were about to terrorize me. But thankfully this time I was prepared. I came armed with an Exora."
A wonderfully creative headline don't you think given the current times? Good laugh? Have a great weekend folks!

Here We go! Here We go! Here We go!
These Familiar football chants from the terraces of any football matches has certainly caught on with the World Cup fever in June. Legalise Football betting in Malaysia Wow! That will hit many other punters instead of curbing syndicated betting crime.
But before that there is the Sibu P212 by elections where a lot of $$$$$$ will be exchanged especially in determining the result of the polls. If we can legalise football betting why not election betting..? In actual fact any form of betting is a Disruption and Contamination to the Flow of Nature.
This statement by Sibu District Police Chief ACP Shafie Ismail,"We are doing this because we want to ensure that the by election is crime free" when the Headlines appeared in teh STAR Sarawak edition "BETTORS BEWARE"
Natasha and Joey of audie61 made a few phone calls to certain known sources who has links to the underworld betting syndicates and the word is that the bookies are ready to accept bets and even before nomination which is tomorrow 8th May 2010 the odds are already known.
Its BN giving 2000 headstart with those taking DAP/PR winning 85 cents. Taking BN will receive full $ and loses will be at 95cents. In the report published on May4th in the Star a team of CID officers had been deployed to Sibu for the byelection to keep an eye for such activities as they are also linked to gangsterism.CID officers are also working together with Special branch to gather information on such activities.
Both SUPP and DAP condemn election betting but both want to see more done by the police to ensure a good clean fight. In 1982 it was believed that the former SUPP President Wong Soon Kai losts the elections in Sibu due to massive betting and odds offered which resulted in the end of his political career.
So are we legalising ELECTION betting ….???

If the names like Ezam, Khairy, Mukhriz and Razali Ibrahim are among the new faces in the new facet of Najib's team, who are the potential retirees?
To retire a Cabinet member is just as hard as to promote or to bring in new names for the shuffling exercise. Certainly PM Najib has to take in a lot of pain in considering who should be dropped. It is certainly not as simple as ABC.
Before we go further let us ascertain the basis of considerations which Najib would look upon based on the current political facade and frontage.
If his personal political consideration is the priority, than he should be taking only his 'boys' who are currently deputy Ministers and some from the current MPs who are his definite staunch followers.
OR he may take others who are not even Members of Parliament by appointing them to the Senate as qualifier for an appointment to the Cabinet.
These 'boys' and his die-hards would replace the current Ministers who are just parasites who are not having the support from the delegates to help out the PM to secure wide support from party members and delegates.
That is why many people are now betting on Razali Ibrahim who secured an all round support from the youth in the UMNO youth general assembly.
Razali would befit in the Youth and Sport Ministry to replace Ahmad Shabery Cheek who is not Najib's original die-hard as he is more of Pak Lah's staunch and ardent follower.
Shabery used to pledge for an undivided support for Pak Lah and prepared to do the combating job for the retired PM in the event of any challenge put up against him (Pak Lah).
Shabery is rumored to be dropped since he did not secure a strong support in the last party election as he was just 2 positions away from the Azeez Rahim who managed to scrape through the 25th position in election of the Supreme Council.
It is also a talk of the town that Rais Yatim will be another name tipped to be dropped but the reason for his delisting is just a normal and simple reasoning; he has been in the Cabinet far too long and has been overstaying which hampers another leader to rise.
If I were to be Rais Yatim I shall volunteer to call it day and leave in retirement after decades being a Cabinet Member and he can do some other jobs for the government if he is not used to stay at home.
I am dead sure that Masnah can be a perfect retiring partner; they are well off in live and they can live joyously with what they have earned all these decades. AND again Rais too did not show that he has good national ground support as he lost in all attempts to be the V/P of the party.
What made him stay all these years was because of his capability in managing any Ministry given to him and being able to amuse all PMs, all the years and decades. That is his real unmatched 'specialty'.
Nazri is another favorite name to be dropped as he is more of a liability to the government and party with his remarks on issue done without even slight decorum.
Public perception on him is very bad and he can be a real and solid baggage Najib has to bear if he is still in the Cabinet. He is not the material to project truthfulness for the government.
He should be following the footstep of Jamaluddin Jarjis who now takes up a Diplomatic position in Washington. JJ had that same image that goes with Nazri today.
There are a few more names said to be dropped but that is not the main reason why I am writing this issue today.
There are 2 serious issues that PM Najib has to think with seriousness.
Exercising major reshuffle is the best thing he can do to prove that he is serious in trying to go for change. As everyone knows the Cabinet image of the day is not up to the expectation for a serious administration.
It is hard to admit that the image of current Cabinet line up is synonymous to corruption, misuse of power, weak and the ministers are not trusted and respected by the public.
In short the whole system in the government is look upon and perceived to be a scandalous system and the corrosion of democratic institution is too noticeable.
The silence majority does not trust Judiciary, Police, the legal institutions and the implementers and it is a very serious issue that needs serious and immediate attention of the leadership who can really comprehend the issues up to the nucleus.
The real issue is the PUBLIC CONFIDENCE in the administrations which have not yet recovered. As long as the Judiciary, the Police and the Legal institution as well as the corruption agency MACC are not settled with the public we are not going to see the changes of public opinion on the administration.
In other words, having massive reshuffle does not change anything if the implementers of Law and order are not going for massive shuffling and reshuffling..
The new Ministers should be told and be made to understand that a Minister's job is to oversea that all policies set by the law-makers and politicians are implemented in proper and appropriate manner.
Ministers must be made known that they are not there to create and issue projects for their cronies and their 'soldiers' and not to collaborate with the implementers to corrupt and be corrupted.
This is the real and actual issue that to be attended to seriously with all the will and sincere effort.
Does Najib have the will and courage to deal with these rotten issues? In the first place does Najib is an automatic qualifier to deal with these issues?
Can Najib with his personal potency tell the IGP or the Attorney General, 'Now you retire or you will be fired". Can DS Najib do that at least?
Can Najib tell these important heads of the democratic institution, "Please go, I want my administration to be as clean as I am!"
OR at least he makes pretty sure that the 18 high profile cases which have been hanging for already 5 years now to be brought in the open for the public.
Until Najib can say that, we have no hope for a change and zero chance for transformation that we want to observe.
If he is not able to do that it will be a great disappointment for the rakyat. Let us hear no more blame on the people and the opposition parties as from now on.

Notice that the charge is blasphemy. Why is this so?
Let's say I steal from my brother. He can forgive me for stealing. But can he forgive the sin itself? When I stole from my brother, I rebelled against God's commandment not to steal (Exodus 20:15). Therefore my sin is against God, so only God can choose whether to forgive my sin of stealing.
Or put it this way…
I am Scott. If you sin against Scott, I can forgive those sins against me. Michelle Malkin cannot forgive those sins against me, because she is not Scott. Only I am Scott – only I can forgive sins against me.
Mel Gibson is Mel Gibson. If I sin against Mel Gibson, he can forgive those sins against him. Danny Glover cannot forgive those sins against Mel Gibson, because he is not Mel Gibson. Only Mel Gibson is Mel Gibson – only he can forgive sins against Mel Gibson.
Follow the logic so far? Good.
But if you sin against God, who can forgive that sin except God Himself? So by forgiving the paralytics's sins – sins against God – Jesus was showing that Jesus is God.
So here we go once more…
God is God. If a paralytics sins against God, God can forgive those sins against Him. You or I or Mel Gibson cannot forgive those sins against God, because we are not God. Only God is God – only He can forgive sins against Him. But Jesus could forgive sins against God… So that means Jesus is God.
Do you follow the logic? The teachers of the law could, which is why they immediately accused Jesus of blasphemy – for equating Himself to God!
And yes, the paralytic's sins were forgiven…
PS. Note too Jesus calls Himself the Son of Man, another declaration of deity – see Daniel 7:13-14 for why, and Matthew 26:63-66 for where Jesus uses the same language as found in Daniel and the High Priest immediately realizes the declaration of deity ("He has spoken blasphemy!").

As rumours continue to circle that Rafa Benitez could exit Anfield by the end of the week, more reports on Friday suggest that he is set to snub Juventus and remain at Liverpool - but outlined below are 10 reasons why Rafa Benitez MUST leave Liverpool, and why he should do it now!
10. Poor man management
There is a line in Steven Gerrard's autobiography that tells of when Liverpool won the FA Cup in 2006.
The win, where Liverpool came from two goals down to level and then beat West Ham on penalties, has since become known as the one of the greatest FA Cup finals in history. In the book, the talismanic skipper wrote that even though he had almost single handily lifted his side out of what could have been a humiliating defeat - there was no scenes of rapturous joy from Benitez.
"After the FA Cup final, Liverpool threw a party for the players and families, and Rafa was there," Gerrard wrote. "I wandered across to him, buzzing with our victory. As I walked towards him, my mind was full of one hope. Go on, just say it, Rafa. Just say, 'Well done, Stevie.' For once. Would he? No chance!"
This, of course, is just one of many examples of where Benitez has fallen down in the man management stakes, and how he can make players who come to Liverpool because they want to feel the pride of having that LiverBird upon their chest, hang their heads and not want to play at all.
Another, is how the boss alienated Spanish midfield ace Xabi Alonso by refusing to let him miss a Champions League clash to attended the birth of his first child, the second was when he tried to sell him to Juventus all while openly courting Gareth Barry as his replacement. The result - as is now well known - is that Alonso buggered off to Real Madrid at the first opportunity, leaving a gapping hole in Liverpool's midfield that is still yet to be filled.
9. Rubbish transfer dealings
For all the whining about the lack of money being pumped into Liverpool from their clueless owners (and yes, the whiners are right) there is just a much whining going on about Rafa Benitez's transfer dealings.
Yes, with the estimated 220 million pounds he has had to spend during his six-year tenure at the club, Benitez may have brought in the likes of world class striker Fernando Torres, Javier Mascherano, Xabi Alonso and shot-stopper Pepe Reina.
But for every Torres, there has been a Nunez, a Dossena, for every Mascherano there has been a Palletta, a Voronin, and for every Reina there has been a Lucas and a Leto.
These of course are the names of players that no one can, or even cares, to remember. But what about the acquisition and subsequent treatment of Robbie Keane, who was brought for 19 million and then sold back to Spurs for three million less than six months later, not to mention buying a 17.1 million pound injured midfielder for a position that needs to be filled at the beginning of the season, and then giving said player just three starts, so that his confidence is so low, there is no wonder the fans never got to sing their "Aqua, Aquilani" song.
Rumours now suggest that after just one season at Anfield, Aquilani will be heading back to Serie A for considerably less than what Benitez paid for him - no doubt.
8. Rotation, rotation, rotation
In the 09/10 season Benitez may have somewhat curbed his urge to rotate.
But Benitez's previous rotation policy, where he made numerous changes to his side, regardless of the previous result or players' performance, was the bane of every fan's existence. Liverpool fans, as is well known, want to win the Premier League, but in 2007, when his rotation was at its height, Benitez would always have one eye on Europe.
This meant that it wasn't often the same starting XI would line-up - and when they did, it was like XI strangers taking to the pitch.
In the 08/09 season, where Liverpool came ever so close to taking out English footballs most coveted prize, it was Benitez' inane rotation that saw matches with 'lesser' teams like Hull, West Ham and Fulham ending in draws leading to Liverpool, who lost just two games all season, missing out on the title to Manchester United.
7. Youth development
There is always a danger when you get a foreign manager in an English club that the youth system will suffer.
Foreign managers, after all, come in with their slick dress sense and funny accents, and with the cash being splashed they don't often have to think about home-grown youth talent development.
Unfortunately, this is now being seen at Liverpool, and is sure to be another of Benitez's lasting legacies.
Once prized for their youth development under Liverpool legend Stevie Heighway, as things stand it is very hard to see where the next Gerrard or Carragher will come from, because if a 17 million pound Italian can't get a game, what hope does a fresh-faced teen coming up the Melwood ranks have?
In the past Benitez was quoted as saying: "Academies do not produce too many in England, home-grown players tend to play in the lower divisions because they may not be good enough for the very top."
But there is also the argument that for every Plessis brought to Anfield, there is a Jay Spearing, or Martin Kelly waiting the in wings, and for every 10 million spent on a Lucas there is a 2 million pound Ryan Shawcross prime for picking in the Championship.
In 2009 Liverpool brought back 'King' Kenny Dalglish to take up a senior role in youth development at the club's academy, but it could be too little, too late to fix the damage that has already been done.
Some say that a bit of banter is good for the soul, but never before has Liverpool FC aired their dirty laundry for all the world to see quite like they have while under the guidance of Rafa Benitez.
From his well documented five minute "rant" at Alex Ferguson in January 2009 where he talked about "facts", one of which being that United were "nervous" because Liverpool were at the top of the table.
But instead of making Liverpool look like true unshakable title contenders, what the infamous spiel actually did was hand advantage back to the King of Mind Games - Rafa looked like he was losing the plot and Liverpool lost their grip on the title race by drawing with Stoke.
The other was his criticism of Rick Parry, who he blamed for his terrible transfer decisions, and numerous other woes and then subsequently forced out of Anfield, not to mention his bust-up with Stevie Heighway over the club's youth policy. His open, albeit well-founded, jibes at the club's American owners has also come under intense scrutiny.
In some respects Benitez has been right not to bow to the whims and wants of the clueless Gillett and Hicks, but it is the way in which the club's affairs have been aired that has made for quite uncomfortable viewing over the last few years, and this, as any fan will tell you is not the Liverpool way.
Look up stubbornness in the dictionary and you'd be surprised not to see a picture of Rafa Benitez.
Never has a manager been quite as bizarrely cantankerous as the Spaniard.
Indeed, what other manager would wait until after the 60th minute to make a substitution when they might have needed one in the 51st? What other manager would insist on playing players out of position when they are clearly uncomfortable in doing so?
What other manager would take their best players and/or goalscorers off the pitch (after the 60th minute) and bring on 3rd division quality in a game they desperately need to win?
What other manager would be so cautious with a player that they would leave him sitting on the bench for half a season when you need him on the pitch NOW? What other manager would insist on continuing with zonal marking, despite his side being totally exposed in defence and leaking in goals, or beach balls, as the case may be?
The answer? None and especially no manager that would have any realistic chance of winning the Premier League.
4. Zonal marking
Rafa Benitez, as has become clear over the last six years, is a man obsessed.
He is obsessed with statistics, viciously scribbling line after line in his trusty notebook; he is also obsessed with zonal marking. Why else would he employ such a misguided tactic to the detriment of his side?
And for a man who is obsessed with "facts" it is quite interesting that the "fact" is zonal marking has seen his side let in far too many goals, far too often, especially this season where they have lost 11 league games so far.
There is a reason few managers used zonal marking, is because it is a dangerous game to play.
But of course Benitez is far too stubborn to change his ways. Because, as with many things in Rafa Benitez's world, it's his way, or the highway.
When Rafa Benitez arrived at Liverpool in the 04/05 season, he came clean shaven and jolly faced, bringing with him an air of optimism to a club that was in desperate need of rejuvenation.
Who can forget those images of Benitez, smiling on the touch line after Liverpool lifted the Champions League trophy for the fifth time?
For a year Benitez carried on sans-facial hair, and Liverpool went on to win the FA Cup in 2006 in emphatic fashion, so imagine our surprise when Benitez's new face was unveiled alongside Fernando Torres in the summer of 2007.
It is a well know-fact (well, superstition, really) that no manager with facial hair has ever won the Premier League, and since Benitez decided to have a Craig David-inspired middle-aged crisis, Liverpool has won nothing.
2. Losing the dressing room
In the past few weeks it has become clear that while losing more than half his once fiercely loyal fan base, Rafa Benitez has perhaps lost something much more important, and that is the dressing room.
This, along with his poor man management, is akin to managerial suicide, because if you lose the dressing room, what have you got?
During the last season Liverpool have played uncomfortable, unimaginative and negative football with players who look tired, heartless, and lacking in pride while playing for this once feared and respected club.
And while people may point to the fact that Gerrard and Torres have been out of form for much of the season, both of them look like the wish they wish they were anywhere but Anfield.
1. If you love something, set it free
For months now, Rafa Benitez has claimed that he is clinging onto his job at Liverpool because of the fans.
Obviously this is a load of rubbish as the majority of fans would rather see Sammy Lee at the helm than go through another season of hell under the Spaniard.
For far too long now Benitez has lived off the "Miracle of Istanbul", that magical night in May where he restored European glory to the club, a fact that has kept him in a job for longer than he should ever have been.
Liverpool fans will never, ever forget what he did for the club in the early days of his reign, but, we also know that rather than staying at Anfield for the love of the club, this is now about his refusal to let go and, or course, money.
But if Rafa Benitez really loved Liverpool like he claims he does, he would do the right thing and walk away. Because as the old saying goes, if you really love something - set it free.
