I have said before that I am reluctant to go into a situation where the family of a person that I am writing about is affected by the things I write about them – for I believe that it is the wife or husband and the children of the man or women that is hurt most by his or hers indiscretions. In this situation I have thought long and hard about the information I have at hand about Isa and I had hope that common sense and the possibility of his indiscretion being put into the public domain would have prevented him from running in Bagan Pinang. After all he does not need the money. What we overlooked was the fact that a man with plenty of money in UMNO will also crave for power –for what that power would do for him. What is best for the Rakyat is never a consideration.
Can ISA swear that NAJIB WAS NOT COUGHT WET with his underwear down!I have said before that I am reluctant to go into a situation where the family of a person that I am writing about is affected by the things I write about them – for I believe that it is the wife or husband and the children of the man or women that is hurt most by his or hers indiscretions. And so he decides that he will take the chance of exposure for the possibility of gaining a foothold in the wheeling and dealing of UMNO's sordid world. The decision is his to make. I do not doubt for a moment that if the tables were turned and he had incriminating evidence against the PAS candidate – he would have made it public in heartbeat. But he has not. What has happened with Isa is that like Najib many years ago – he covets the wife of another man. Najib did some horse trading with the then husband of Rosmah and for a very tidy sum – the matter was settled. A win win situation as they say in business. Najib gets his girl, Rosmah gets her man and Rosmah's then husband gets his just desserts. Happy ending all around (as they say in Thailand). With Isa the 'negotiations' have stalled –possibly the sum being requested is substantial enough (even for an UMNO ex MB!) to have made him have second thoughts for his lady love…or maybe the amount indicated by the aggrieved husband has cool his ardour. That would be only for Isa and the parties concerned to know. Suffice to say for now that the demands of a by election in Bagan Pinang requires his undivided attention. The questions that needs to be asked is this. Why must Isa even think of taking somebody's else wife away from her husband away from her four chidren? As the former head of UMNO in Negri Sembilan should he not abuse the trust her husband had placed in his wife to do her duties as in UMNO under Isa? Are husbands of wives working in Putri UMNO, Wanita UMNO – or for UMNO in whatever capacity – to be fearful of what will now happen as their wife are away from home doing 'work' for UMNO because UMNO leaders will consider them 'fair game' for their advances. If the lady in question had agreed to 'be one' with Isa – should not Isa be the one to have enough sense to do the right thing? And the right thing is NOT to be the cause of a breakup of a family with four children? And like in all things UMNO – again the question of how much money will it take to settle the matter to the satisfaction of all parties concern comes into play! I am not privy to what has been discussed between the parties involved but suffice to say that while Isa wants to 'be one' with the lady in question and she with him – and while the husband must be muttering 'good riddance' under his breath – the sordid question of how much money will it take to settle this matter takes precedence over everything – over good taste, over common sense and over what is the right thing to do.This my friends is how an ex MB, ex Vice President of UMNO see how things should be 'settled' – or to borrow a term from PDRM how to 'selesai' a problem. After his conviction for money politics – which to Najib is just a technicality – this latest episode in Isa's life is simply a manifestation of an individual that sees money as the be all and end all of all things. And UMNO will have him represent them in Bagan Pinang? And Mahyuddin tells us that he is the peoples choice – They told me so three times !! – and that UMNO will defer to what the people want. And that Najib tells our people overseas that Isa's conviction is just a technicality? Are UMNO leaders now prepared to go in to bat for Isa and continue regardless in Bagan Pinang or will UMNO invoke it's riot act and (horrors of horrors!) consider discretion the better part of valour and suggest to Isa that he should withdraw from Bagan Pinang. We await with much interest the outcome between wanting to win at all costts (an 'UMNO' thing..) and the need to adhere to what Najib has describe what "an Islamic party" should do (a 'religious' thing).Try this Najib. As President of UMNO and our Prime Minister YOU make the decision that this is wrong. Wrong for our country. For Bagan Pinang. YOU make the decision to do the right thing. Do what Pak Lah did many years ago when shortly after his Magrib prayers he called Isa in his Nilai Spring home to tell him that despite his appeal his conviction stayed – but that his suspension has been reduced from six to three years. You will have to call Isa yourself and ask Isa to step down as UMNO's candidate…and then maybe, just maybe you will be able to look at the people of our country in the eye and tell them "I did what I had to do for you". Methinks this is an impossibility.Possibly the only saving grace for Isa is that the parties involve are all UMNO – maybe, just maybe they would put party before self (if the price is right!). As for Najib it is obvious that he must have told Isa "Do not do as I do. Do as I say". This Isa must have not been listening….This is the lady that ISA SAMAD has been trying to 'buy' from her husband so that he could take her from her family and her four children to be with him in his Istana at Nilai that was built for him by one of the three towkays now financing the Bagan Pinang election expenses on behalf of Isa Samad and UMNO.This corrupt Isa is not content with taking money from the coffers of Negri Sembilan, not content with dishing out money during UMNO elections – NOW he wants to wreck a Family of four – by abusing the trust a husband had in Isa and allowing his wife to to do 'work' for UMNO Rembau.Najib you talk of UMNO being an Islamic Party – is this UMNO's interpretation of an Islamic Party? You condone corruption, you encourage greed and now you allow this Isa Samad, your candidate for Bagan Pinang, to wreck a Malay Family? Cukuplah UMNO. Cukuplah Najib. Cukuplah Isa. Damm. Damm. We cannot win against stupidity!
A technical fault in the nation's first submarine, the KD Tunku Abdul Rahman, that prevents it from diving, is a minor hitch that will not interfere with its operations and can be rectified by its builders. Defence Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said: "We have a warranty on the sub and we are confident the builders can fix it."
The above statement by the Defence Minister is a manifestation of what is wrong with our UMNO "elites" – in this case a Minister no less. We cannot win against stupidity! Mahathir required that his Minister be corrupt and flawed so the better for him to control them. Being stupid must be an additional requirement to be a Minister under Najib. There are more stupid fools in UMNO than there are buah pala (nutmegs) in Penang! Do not forget this submarine is not "a sandwich made with a long roll cut horizontally" like those sold at Subway! You are playing with the lives of our Navy personnel. Putting them in harm's way is not an option you should even contemplate!
KD Tunku Abdul Rahman arrived in September 2009. It has not been able to dive from three months back – so was the submarine ever operational? Ever?
In simple terms, a submarine is a "a boat built to operate and travel for long periods underwater". The operative word here is "underwater". If a submarine is not able to dive and go underwater then any idiot will know that it is not a "minor hitch". Not having fresh eggs on a submarine is a "minor hitch".
Now let us take the Ferry and cross over to Penang. Banning the Prophet Muhammad's birthday procession is stupid. Lim Eng Guan is not stupid!
"Utusan Malaysia lied and I don't want Muhyiddin Yassin to embarrass himself by believing that lie," Lim toldThe Malaysian Insider last night.
Now that we know that there WILL be a Prophet Muhammad's birthday procession, will those worms fromUtusan Malaysia and Muhyiddin go crawl back into the woodwork? They have done their part in inflaming racial and religious sentiments and their work is done! Another tick for 1Malayisa as interpreted by these UMNO stalwarts!
This is what Transparency International had to say about Penang: Penang state has introduced several measures to improve the regulatory environment with regard to government procurement, in what is referred to as a CAT – a Competent, Accountable and Transparent – government. It is the first state government to implement the open tender system for government procurement and contracts. Furthermore, the Penang government has issued a directive whereby all administrators and state executive councilors are not allowed to make any new land applications.
Now this is what Transparency International had to say about the UMNO led Government: "has failed in many areas especially in addressing corruption".
Enough said about Penang.
And now about Lim Guan Eng. Is he anti-Malay? Have you forgotten that he was the one who went to the defense of the underaged Malay girl who was raped by Tan Sri Rahim Thamby Chik (he still is a Tan Sri so must show respect – but he still did rape that underaged Malay School Girl!). For his trouble, Guan Eng was hounded by Mahatir and incarcerated under ISA. Rahim Thamby Chik is now back among UMNO political elites – or his peers. Now I wonder who else among his UMNO peers and among those UMNO political elites did rape underaged Malay schoolgirls? If Rahim is the only one then he stands head and shoulders amongst UMNO elites. First amongst equal.
That Guan Eng is now Chief Minister of Penang is good karma!
As for Datuk Seri Zahrain Mohamed Hashim (again, like must put his full title lest he thinks me disrespectful – but that does not change the fact that he is still a low life scum of the earth kind of Datuk Seri!) – his problem is simple. He was not able to "persuade" Lim Guan Eng "to accept his recommendation to approve a RM 2 company to operate and manage Bukit Jambul Golf & Country Club". You must commend this Zahrain for his tenacity in fighting for the "have nots and those financially challenged". A $2 company does fall into the "financially challenged" category. As to why he chose to do so must not be construed by anybody to mean that he is corrupt or that he was "lobbying" for the $2 company and was hoping, like Razak Baginda, that he will be amply rewarded for "services rendered". Nor must we even think that he had vested interests in the company. Let us just say that he is a corrupt bastard and leave it at that.

THESEE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE HERE VIDEO IS IN BAD TASTE. I MEAN, HOW CAN WE MAKE FUN OF TEOH BENG HOCK'S DEATH WHEN WE SHOULD INSTEAD BE MOURNING HIM?The two books found on the windscreen of a car. — Picture by Choo Choy May
Even before the beginning of the official campaign period for the Bagan Pinang by-election, the Pakatan Rakyat received the first blow when books containing various allegations against the coalition's leaders were distributed in the constituency.
The two books were found placed on the windscreen of everycar parked along the road in Batu 7 near here, and it is still unclear who was responsible for the distribution.
"They wanted People Supremacy so much after they were fooled by Pakatan Rakyat, and were willing to risk the future of their children," reads the opening chapter of the 49-page book.
"After ruling the state for 16 months, Pakatan Rakyat led by Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has done a lot of things that have disadvantaged the Malays and Islam," it adds citing, among other things, Selangor's proposal to hold elections for local councils.
"If this happens almost all local councils will be controlled by the Chinese because they live in towns while the Malays live in villages," said the book.
It accused Khalid of appointing members of the Chinese community to key positions in the local councils.
The book, which does not carry the name of the author or the publisher, also alleged that PAS has become a puppet to the Chinese in DAP and PKR.
It also published personal pictures of Selangor executive councillor Elizabeth Wong that have been widely distributed via the Internet earlier this year.
Another book, also published and written by unknown parties, questioned opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's commitment to the Malay community.
Titled "50 Kemusykilan Tentang Manusia Bernama Anwar Ibrahim" (50 Questions on The Man Called Anwar Ibrahim), it is believed to be inspired by another book, "50 Reasons Why Anwar Cannot Become the Prime Minister", published 12 years ago and which subsequently caused his downfall from the government.
This latest book accused Anwar of being unhappy with the success of the Malays.
"Anwar accused the NEP as unfair for sidelining the Chinese and the Indians, which means he is not happy to see the Malays becoming as successful as the Chinese," said the book.
Said Datuk Seri Najib Razak.a technicalmatter did not involve the judiciary like my SMS Shafee Abdullah,Judge Zaki dismiss Najib as a witness
According to evidence introduced at the trial and other sources, Abdul Razak contacted Najib's chief of staff, Musa Safri, to ask Najib's bodyguards, Azilah and Sirul, to "do something" about Altantuya. Musa was not required to appear as a witness. Deputy Commander Mastor Mohd Ariff, an associate of the two bodyguards, said members of the unit were required to follow all orders of their superiors without question, describing the unit's members as "like robots" who would only take orders from their superiors. Abdul Razak, a civilian and friend of Najib's, was not a superior officer.According to an affidavit filed by Abdul Razak, Azilah contacted Abdul Razak after Altantuya's disappearance to say that "tonight encik (sir), you can sleep well."
Nonetheless, Judge Mohd Zaki dismissed a bid in July to call Najib as a witness in the trial. Zaki also refused to call Balasubramaniam despite his written declaration, which implicated Najib in the events leading up to the murder. In addition to other lurid details, Balasubramaniam described text messages between Najib and Abdul Razak in which the latter was asking for help to avoid arrest.
Later, a series of text messages was made public indicating that Najib had been involved in finding a lawyer, Shafee Abdullah, to represent Abdul Razak. One message from Shafee to Najib said: "We provided (the police) everything, including old PDAs and notebooks and a couple of bills. Nothing incriminating." Malaysia Today said the exchange raises questions if anything "incriminating" was kept from the police.
Besides allegations that Altantuya was the lover of both men, the case has raised additional concerns of corruption at the top of the United Malays National Organisation, the leading political party in the national ruling coalition. The Mongolian woman appears to have been the translator on a controversial transaction in which Malaysia, with Najib as defense minister, paid €1 billion for French submarines, netting a company tied to Abdul Razak US$111 million in "commissions."

Thousands of Malaysian MP (Member of the Public) told Australia to stop the mistreatment of aboriginals, pay compensation for all their heinous past crimes against the aboriginals, stop discrimination of Muslim refugees and basically join the human race before criticising others.
Just because they have recently repealed the law against sodomy does not make them more enlightened, it just means that Australian society now does not mind it when a man has anal sex with another man. what kind of enlightenment is that... is that more enlightened that accepting a crack addict's right choice to ruin their life? Or a 12-year old's right to have sex?
their decision to abolish the law against sodomy and homosexuality si arbitrary at best and just following common Western practice at best.
If Australia thinks it is on a high horse, then it should pay billions in compensation to the aborigines for disrupting tens of thousands of peaceful and harmonious existence with the land and putting them through such dreadful mistreatment that can only be described as inhuman.
compensate the lost generation, compensate those killed for fun by early white settlers, many of whom are close descendants of convicts from Britain and compensate them for hundreds of years of oppression and organised denial of basic rights and and access to education, economic progress and basic necessities.
Join the human race, then you can tell others what they should do
until you do... enjoy the right to sodomise others in quiet

The Alliance Party which subsequently became the Barisan National (BN) has since our Independence on August 31st. of 1957 been and still continues to be the mother of all racist and are operating as political parties in Malaysia.
The closing balance of all its political objectives and activates are now in the hands of the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO). It is common knowledge that UMNO being a racist party of the highest order only represents the interest of the ethnic Malays who are its members. But then the ethnic Malays are split into supporting UMNO or Party Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) or the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS).
But since March 8 of 2008 UMNO leaders and Najib, who were perpetually lazy and only thought of the Malay interest and raped the nation's coffers by their formulated policies like the New Economic Policy (NEP) which was introduced by his father Razak and discriminated the non- ethnic Malays like the ethnic Chinese and Indians through the "concept" of Malay Supremacy, now all of a sudden want to purportedly represent all Malaysians.
UMNO's attitude and modus operandi is more akin to the fable of Rip Van Winkle. Like Rip Van Winkle a villager of Dutch descent who lived before and after the American Revolutionary Wars in a nice village at the foot of New York's Catskill Mountains, the UMNO men met the ghost of Henry Hudson's crew playing nine-pins and drank some of their liquor of "Malay Supremacy" and went to sleep under the shady umbrella of BN.
Just like Rip Van Winkle the UMNO men and Najib woke up and returned to the voters after 20 or so years in March 8 of 2008 and realized that they have lost their two-third majority in parliament.
In the case of Rip Van Winkle he had proclaimed himself as a loyal subject of King George III not knowing that the American Revolution has taken place and had changed the American way of life. Unfortunately an old local recognizes him and Rip resumed his idleness in his daughter's home.
But in Najib's case all those who were born before 1950 and most of us who are keen observers of politics are aware that in 1987, when Najib was the UMNO youths chief had threatened with the waiving of his kris that he would bath Kuala Lumpur with the blood of ethnic Chinese over the setting up of the Merdeka University and over some other politically sensitive issues.
Then we had a mad man who was a pseudo Malay as the Prime Minister in office for 22 years who was down right a racist but conveniently forget that when he Mahathir registered as a Medical Student in Singapore he stated he was an Indian. Najib inherited the ghost of Mahathir.
Thus the abuse and systemic marginalization of the ethnic Chinese and Indians resulted in the political tsunami that transformed the political landscape in our nation. It resulted in the making of a drastic change to the recognised "Brand" of elected members of parliament on March 8 of 2008.
Hence, the established brand of political parties within the BN such as the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) and the Gerakan have almost come to the stage of facing extinction or to use a better metaphor is moribund which translates to being at the point of death.
Nevertheless, Najib who graduated from a university located around the region where Sherwood Forest is located conceived and introduced the idea of the 1 Malaysia Concept but it is not premised on the philosophy of the legend of the famous Robin Hood. But in Najib's case he takes as he likes from the tax payers money and disburses it as he likes.
The 1 Malaysia "Concept" is a generic term which is generally used in an abstract base in the field of computer science, in the programming language. It is used to describe the support of operations on a type which include syntax and semantics and as such the concept is inapplicable to the governing of a nation where the Supreme Law of the nation is enshrined in the Federal Constitution.
As a leader, Najib is incapable of being astute and has grossly failed to use the image making faculties of his mind. The Star reports on 14.02.2010 that Najib hoped all Malaysians will look ahead with greater optimism and resolve to build a stronger and more dynamic 1Malaysia.
Najib is further quoted as saying, "that it was an opportunity for all to reflect on personal achievements, shortcomings and challenges….and resolve to become better individuals in the years ahead."
On reading Najib's Chinese New Year message it is apparently clear to all right thinking people that Najib is a "Hypocrite" of the highest order. In actual fact "NAJIB HAS TO RESOLVE TO BE A BETTER INDIVIDUAL" as the majority of the people of this beautiful nation of ours have at all times been civil and have always demonstrated the spirit of humanism.
Whilst Najib thinks he is the Prime Minister, we the voting populace think and we cannot be wrong until proven otherwise, that Najib and his Ministers and UMNO supporters are haughty, ignorant and arrogant.
As such Najib and UMNO must resolve in the first place, to set up an Inter-Religious or Faith Council to deliberate on issues relating to religious matters which can be amicably discussed and resolved so that Najib does not have to manufacture stupid statements when his fanatical UMNO supporters become intoxicated with hatred and threaten to carry out illegal demonstrations with the tacit approval of our highly in-disciplined high ranking police officers.
Najib and his grossly incompetent ministers who are mostly intellectually dishonest and arrogant and morally defunct or bankrupt must resolve to serve the people and protect the rights of every individual and the marginalized ethnic Malays, Indians and Chinese as they are all citizens of this beautiful nation and every effort should be made to elevate poverty and the civil servants must empathize with the sufferings of the unfortunate everywhere in this nation as though the suffering were being faced by them.
As the language of 1Malaysia is ambiguous and as it is redundant Najib should stop wasting good tax payer's money promoting his dreams or ideas which to all right thinking people is an idea of a megalomaniac.
It is time to let go of the 1Malaysia Concept as it is in the pit of a bottomless sewer.
Channel the government's energy to undo the damage done to this beautiful nation by a pseudo Malay who goes by the name of Mahathir. Stop the brain drain. Appoint persons based on meritocracy who are imbued with qualitative knowledge who will be able with their refined philosophy to impart their fresh growing wisdom from which the people of this nation can learn to appreciate and in return give respect.
Have the courage to replace the current educational policies, and do away with your preferential entry policies into institutions of higher learning and replace your current mediocre senior officers in all institutions as they are incapable of imparting knowledge which is capable of producing well qualified human capital to compete in the new world order of the knowledge based industries.
Therefore, Najib it is you who has to resolve to be a better leader. We are fully aware of the radical changes that are taking place in all the modern societies of the world. As such it is you who must stop playing racial politics and act with decisiveness and introduce and execute policies with speed to meet the demands of the business communities as we pay your allowances which keeps you going in your office.
If you and your government cannot be responsive then we as a business community cannot build or develop good and sound organizations. And may be that is why we are caught in a middle income trap and because of the government's policies and poor response from the civil service we may be doomed to face stagnation in our economy.
Therefore, Najib and your henchmen should wake up or ship out.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng struck out today at those he described as a small 'racist' segment of people who he claimed had selectively disclosed documents to suggest his government had cancelled the 'Maulidur Rasul' (Prophet Muhammad's birthday) procession.
Speaking to reporters after attending the state government's Chinese New Year open house at Komplex Tun Razak (Komtar) in Georgetown, Lim set his sights on Utusan Malaysia and Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin for seeking to provoke racial sentiments over the matter.
Utusan and Bernama both reported earlier this week claims that the state-organised procession to commemorate Prophet Muhammad's birthday had been cancelled.
Even former premier Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, who chairs the Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (Ikim), weighed in on the issue, saying the cancellation of the event gave the impression that the state government presumed it would have harmful repercussions.
In an immediate response to the reports, Lim denied the procession had been cancelled and described the reports as being "a lie". He also said that this year's procession would go ahead as planned.
Lim also said ministers of the BN-led federal government were welcomed to participate.
Lim should clarify
On his blogspot, however, Khairy posted images of a letter - derived from another pro-Umno blog - to suggest Lim was being less than truthful.
At Komtar today, Lim again denied that the Maulidur Rasul procession had been cancelled and accused his detractors of trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.
That letter requested feedback on the matter of expanding the scale of a indoor Maulidur Rasul gathering.

MAHATHIR disaster, racial and religious diversity to be poisoned by UMNOMALAY prejudices.
How can he twist the fact like that? Mind you, he is our minister, lawyer by profession, a PhD holder. Don't you think it is even more dangerous having such person being our Information Minister?
Don't you think "Datuk Seri Utama Dr. Rais Yatim" is even much more difficult to state? What shall we call him then?
How true. Our Cabinet Ministers are just not up to the mark, easily swayed away from the issue at hand. And at the end, nothing really gets done. All talk, talk, and talk.
Let me pose this question. Thousands of Malaysian workers are crossing to Singapore everyday and Singapore is classified as an "affected country". So what's the policy on this?
Singapore is managing their influx of H1Ni the best the can, but to no avail. By a week or at most two, H1N1 will be out of control (with at least 10% community spread) in this crowded city state. What is Malaysia planning to do then? Have they even thought of this problem or are they still arguing what to call this virus.
This is the same dumb minister who screwed up Pulau Batu Burok arbitration so much so that Malaysia and Johor in particular lost our sovereignity. Then this piece of crap comment comes out from the same moronic minister's mouth (a totally absurd and stupid view which average Malaysian will find difficult to swallow) that we gained two protuding outcrops while we lost the entire EEZ around Pulau Batu Putih which is very sizeable area of shallow seas which Singapore can now start their reclamation work. How much longer can we MKalaysians stand for all these imbeciles running our beloved country to the drain. Now Singapore is trying to canvass for the billions of cubic metre of sand to start their land reclamation work around the massive shallow EEZ that now belongs to them according to the law of the Seas. As Che Det has sensed, so senior politicians are already eyeing the massive monetary gain from the sale of sand at the expense of the people of Johore's integrity.Rais should learn more of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Luckily for us, the H1N1 strain outside of Mexico isn't life threatening yet (except for some). But come the second wave with its mutated form, we will be in real trouble. And guess what, our Cabinet Ministers are still worried about what to call the first strain H1N1.
Their separate treatment on NON MALAYS the Hole in the Soul of Judgement Barisan Politicians, stop wasting our money on your whims
The Government Continues to Fail Us:
Until now, government has relied on adrenaline-driven aggression (Primal Aggression) to identify an emerging aggressor. This has failed because it represents an individual who is losing control and who ultimately may lose complete control and attack their victim. Generated by anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, etc. too often our government in airport security accosts the 85 year old woman going to her late husband's funeral because she is gripped with anxiety, fear and frustration; yet, airport security continues to use Deception Detection, a system long determined to be inadequate. Different cultures deceive differently and since there are over two thousand cultures, Deception Detection requires far too much sophistication for most to use effectively and therefore it is prone to apply stereotyping, becoming an immediate target of civil libertarians. A failed system out of the box, yet our government continues to use it.
When the Radio and TV presenter greet Salam 1 Malaysia, they ring a hollow note with no substance. Muhyiddin, an agitator of racial tension in Malaysia. Leave Majority of Malays have been blessed by the PR government of Penang. They can't say that about during BN rule. You are ashame of the contrast and now are coming up with nonsense to bring down the popularity of the PR government of Penang. that are not getting their free nbo bid contracts anymore. PR government are bend on abolishing those preferential treatment for the few and are not afraid to govern the state justly. Now you are talking through SAIFOOL ASSHOLE"From what we can see, there is a serious political situation there(Penang)," said. Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said today the political upheaval and administrative weakness in Penang should make the people in the state realise the actual stand of the opposition pact.
Its the scandals NAJIB No man can bring any substantive reform under any banner, as long as he remains suspect of the many allegations hanging over his head.
Perhaps that's why the UMNO warlords are happy to keep Najib in power. In him, they probably have a compliant PM who can't do much other than provide cosmetic, public relations and time – buying statements or actions, with the hope that if the economy improves, then Malaysians will forget about everything that is wrong with the system, and live happily ever after under 1 Malaysia. The problem with UMNO is that they keep under-estimating the voters' moods these days, and Najib appears to be "trapped"by MAHATHIR the very system that produced him,
The cracks in Prime Minister Najib Razak's 1Malaysia regime are showing. It does not please me to say this, because I genuinely wanted all these much-vaunted promises to come true. But 1Malaysia is clearly failing, and the Prime Minister is showing himself to be the weak leader I was afraid he was going to be.In reality, a government dominated by the United Malays National Organization (UMNO) is using spurious religious/linguistic arguments to shore up its support among a majority Malay electorate, which has been fed for years with preferences and privileges. Meanwhile, non-Malay money and talent exits the country. The idea was to use the Catholics to start trouble , shoot the population, get rid of the chinese and indians ALONG THE WAY…take over using emergency powers. This is primarily to distract the population regarding the stealing ot jet engines, the murder of tiong, Altuntaya and the pKFZ scandal running to billions. The mamak used this tactic very sneakily to cover his tracks using ISA/ OSA too. However UMNO failed to get a larger majority of good Malays and good Muslims who now know that they are playing a dangerous game to seize power.
That's why the art of political articulation is so important. Every time an issue comes up for debate in the public domain, you must frame the questions right or run the risk of your rivals walking away with the public support that could have easily been yours. You can't take on Sachin Tendulkar, Mukesh Ambani, Shah Rukh and NAJIB unless you have got your rhetoric right. Every ten years or so a new generation of Malaysian voters come up and question the promises earlier generations took for granted. Every few years a new road map for the future is drawn and the Malaysia we speak of takes on another shape, another imagery.UMNO does not care about the population. They have enough money to enjoy and have gala time. If the country and people . suffer .so what. They are rich and can get away anytime. It is power that they want now to hold on in order that they can cover-up their dastardly deeds as long as possible…that is the game..the POWER game….as long as they are in control even the LAW CANNOT GET THEM. IT IS TIME THAT MALAYS break away from UMOONo's strangle and siege and act independently using their conscience and freedom given in the constitution. They have to think for the nation.the racial and religious divides an UMNO-led government seecarries two main dangers. The first is the continuing large scale exodus of capital and of talented non-Malays. Five years of generally good prices for its main commodity exports, oil, gas and palm oil, have delivered huge trade surpluses and a current account surplus of more than 10 percent of gross domestic product. But economic growth has been slow due to very weak private investment, only partly offset by large government deficit spending. Once a major recipient of foreign capital, Malaysia is now a source of flight capital. This is only sustainable while commodity prices remain at double levels of five years ago and three times those in 2002.A longer term danger, at least as perceived by some leading Malays, such as the former Finance Minister Tunku Razaleigh, is that a combination of religious intolerance and resentment of federal exploitation of their natural resources will generate secessionism in the Borneo states. They joined Malaysia in 1963 without much enthusiasm but as the best option open to them as the British withdrew from empire. They do not want their traditions of racial and religious diversity to be poisoned by peninsular prejudices. Their separate treatment on the Allah issue will have some immediate benefits for Kuala Lumpur, but can only underscore just how different they are.
In short, the episode is sad commentary on a nation whose mix of races, its fine infrastructure and wealth of resources has held such promise. If only there really were One Malaysia.
Why should we accept such nonsense from politicians, merely to satisfy their whims? It is our money that goes into satisfying these whims. I think readers should dash off angry letters to the Prime Minister, tell him that we need accountability in the system. Readers should also ask the Prime Minister why he can't tick off the UMNO'S BIG DEAL MAKERS and order them to at least pretend to practice austerity, especially at the time when the poor are reeling under rising prices. Tell him that you hear him often shedding tears for the common man and need for austerity and accountability, so the least he can do it to ask those in power to shun such open profligacy The first step to our ultimate goals of nation building. As they say, the journey of a thousand miles starts with one step. There is this old Malay fable about a Bomoh. In a certain village, a number of children came to this BOMOH and complained about a snake that was giving them much trouble. So the BOMOH went looking for the snake, and when he found it, he advised the snake to mend its ways and stop attacking humans. The snake agreed respectfully and became docile and harmless, and the children were happy. But soon, the children lost all fear of the snake, and started hitting it with sticks and stones whenever they saw it. The snake then went to the BOMOH and complained about how his advice to stop biting had brought nothing but trouble for it. The BOMOH remarked;quot;Snake, I asked you not to bite them, but did I tell you not to hiss at them?quot; Here is a lesson for us. We need to at least hiss at these politicians, as otherwise they lose all fear and pelt us with SODOMY ,,ISA,,FABRICATION and steal our money. If you are completely, 100% passive, you WILL be taken advantage of. So, let us take the very first step. Hiss through letters. Write on issues of imporance to the concerned leaders, clearly and articulately, strongly but getting crude or abusive. Explain clearly what you are objecting to, and what you think needs to be done. When these so-called leaders receive thousands of angry letters like this, they cannot just sit back and ignore them. These letters, the first steps, also develop our own mental muscles and give us the strength to take more steps. When we write, we start getting more conscious of our own rights. We learn to articulate our grievances without burning public property. We build up more networks of like-minded people, and can move on to more significant actions that can make even bigger differences. But we all have to start with the first step.
Raja Petra Kamarudin
In case many of you do not quite understand what is presently going on in Malaysia, allow me to enlighten you. Malaysia is going through a civil war. Yes, a civil war. But while other countries fight their civil wars with guns, we fight ours in the sphere of perception. But it is still a civil war of sorts, only without blood spilled on the streets.
Say what you like but there is a revolution going on. And the populace are revolting against their government. But the populace have wisely chosen the ballot to the bullet. "Pilihan raya dan bukan pilihan jalan raya," as Hishamuddin Rais would say — meaning elections to the choice of the streets.
The British, in their wisdom, taught us how to fight this kind of war. Bullets will not defeat the Communists, said our British colonial master. We need to win against the Communists by winning the hearts and minds of the people. We have to make the people reject Communism. And the British succeeded. It was a brilliant strategy. Communism was defeated because the people rejected it, not because the British had more guns than the Communist Terrorists.
And this is the civil war currently being fought in Malaysia, just like the civil war during the Malayan Emergency.
By the way, it was called the Malayan Emergency and not the Malayan Civil War because if they had called it a war instead of an emergency then the insurance companies would not pay for the damages suffered by the British companies. The Communist Terrorists were bombing government installations and British properties. But if these were losses suffered in a war then the insurance would not cover these loses. So they called it an emergency instead.
So Malaysia is actually now on war footing. But there are no guns being fired or properties being bombed. It is a war of perception. It is perception versus perception. And it is a war being fought between the ruling coalition called Barisan Nasional and the opposition coalition called Pakatan Rakyat.
Wars comprise of many battles. It is not just one big battle. Even the invasion of Normandy was many battles being fought all over the place. You may win some battles and you may lose some. But, in the end, the accumulation of the many battles that you win decides on the victor.
In a war of perception you must trigger many issues at the same time. This is like engaging in many battles simultaneously. And you attack each target and continue to attack until your target falls.
Now, let us translate this to what is currently going on.
Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak is of course the first target (like Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Dr Mahathir Mohamad were before him). The perception about Najib is that he is linked to the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu, one way or another, directly or indirectly. And that has already been achieved. Very few Malaysians, even those in Umno, would say he is not somehow linked to Altantuya's murder, or at least had some relationship with her.
Many believe he not only personally knew Altantuya but actually had a sexual relationship with her as well. They also believe that the photograph of Najib, Altantuya and Razak Baginda does exist and that the Honorary Mongolian Consul to Malaysia, Syed Abdul Rahman Alhabshi, gave the photograph to the police.
We must remember that in the early days of the incident Syed Rahman gave press conferences and whacked the police and accused them of not conducting a proper investigation. Syed Rahman told many people many things about the case, which he probably regrets doing now.
The fact that Syed Rahman has been given a RM500 million project just strengthens the belief that he has been bought off. That is the perception and this perception is not going to change whatever he might do or say.
Razak Baginda's Statutory Declaration, that was accepted by the court, and which resulted in him being acquitted of murder, clearly says that he never knew Sirul or Azilah until Najib's ADC, Musa Safri, arranged for them to meet. The court has accepted this statement. And that was why the court acquitted Razak of murder.
So Najib's ADC, Musa Safri, set the whole thing up and that resulted in Altantuya being murdered.
Then we have Najib's Special Officer, Nasir Safar, who was there when Sirul and Azilah picked up Altantuya in front of Razak's house. Private investigator Bala has confirmed this and he told the police about it. But the police immediately brushed it aside and said it was just a resident from around there without further investigating the matter.
So Najib's Special Officer, Nasir Safar, was also involved. And that makes two very close aides of Najib who are directly linked to the murder.
As far as perception goes, Najib's has lost the war. Go and do an independent survey if you wish. Just poll Malaysians at random and the majority would tell you that they believe Najib either knew Altantuya, had sex with her, or is directly or indirectly involved in her murder.
In the perception war Najib has been defeated. And there is nothing he can do or say to restore his fallen image.
Okay, next target is Najib's wife, Rosmah Mansor. In the sphere of perception, Rosmah is seen a bitch. However, ironically enough, this is her own doing rather than because the opposition attacked her.
There are so many stories floating around about her. One story concerns four retired generals going to her house to meet Najib. She came out and asked them whether they want to meet Najib about politics or business. They asked what difference would it make and she replied that if they want to meet Najib about politics then he will be out in a short while but if it is about business then they are to talk to her and not to Najib.
This story is well known amongst the military personnel.
The next story is about her shopping spree in Paris where she spent RM200,000 in just one day. Now, the icing on the cake is that Altantuya was with her that day and she was helping Rosmah carry all her things including her credit cards and whatnot.
Quite a number of Malaysian Embassy staff members were also there to help Rosmah carry her stuff (RM200,000 in shopping is a lot of stuff) so this story has spread amongst the diplomatic community.
In 2008 she was in Indonesia to attend to bank function. As she strutted to the main table like a queen, walking behind her was her lady-in-waiting holding a cushion. The lady-in-waiting then placed the cushion on the chair before Rosmah sat down. Even the Raja Permaisuri Agong does not get this kind of treatment.
Invariably, since it was a Malaysian bank function, the place was crowded with Malaysians and they all felt like throwing up. They not only felt so embarrassed but nauseous as well.
Then remember her trip to China, which she gave an interview about? In her interview she grumbled that Najib left her all alone in her room while he attended to matters of state. She got so pissed off that she told Najib to send her back to Malaysia. Since he is so busy and has no time for her then send her home.
This was what she admitted in her newspaper interview.
And recently she went to India with Najib. They had planned all sorts of programs for her in Chennai but she stayed in her room and refused to come out. Chennai is so dirty, she said, so she refuses to leave her room. "Why are Indians so dirty?" she exasperatingly told her aides.
This latest foot-in-the-mouth is currently being much talked about amongst diplomatic circles. So, as I said, most damage to Rosmah is being done by her herself. The opposition does not need to raise any issues. She volunteers all the ammunition needed to win the perception war.
As far as Najib and Rosmah are concerned, they have absolutely lost the perception war. Then we come to Umno and Barisan Nasional. The things that Umno and Barisan Nasional have done, and are continuing to do, are hurting them bad. The opposition does not need to be clever in defeating Umno and Barisan Nasional. All the opposition needs to do is to not make any mistakes. Umno and Barisan Nasional are on self-destruct mode and are shooting themselves in their own feet. They can never win the perception war.
What about the perception regarding Anwar Ibrahim and the opposition? Now that is a problem as well. The government is trying to give the perception that Anwar is guilty of sodomy. That has failed miserably. Very few believe Anwar is guilty. In fact, they believe that Anwar is a victim of a frame up. It does not matter what the court says. To most Malaysians Anwar is innocent.
Nevertheless, many believe that Anwar is not a good manager and they blame many of the problems in the opposition, in particular in PKR, on Anwar's lack of action. They feel that had Anwar been firmer then many problems could have been nipped in the bud. So, in a way, Anwar is the cause of all these problems mainly because he did nothing to prevent them from happening.
As for the rest of the opposition they are divided about what the real problem is. Some accept the fact that the opposition never thought it would do that well on 8 March 2008. So the opposition did not choose its candidates carefully. And now these low quality candidates, in particular those ex-Umno people and candidates who put personal interests above the interests of the voters, have shown their true colours.
The voters understand that it was very difficult for the opposition to attract good candidates, especially when no one thought it would do that well in the elections. So the voters are prepared to give the opposition a second chance. In the next general election, if the opposition fields better candidates, the voters will again vote for the opposition. But this time they will vote against Barisan Nasional not because they hate the ruling party but because they have confidence that the opposition can do better.
This second chance is actually the last chance for the opposition. Either they make it this time around or they will never make it in this generation. If the opposition fails to win the hearts and minds of the people come the next election then it would be lost for good. There is no third chance. We would have to wait 30 years or so for the next generation of voters before the people would dare another experiment in changing the government.
As I said, Umno and Barisan Nasional are contributing to the opposition cause by making so many mistakes. And they are continuing to make these mistakes even as you read this. So the opposition need not try too hard. The opposition is already winning the perception war. All the opposition needs to do is to not also make so many mistakes.
What mistakes are the opposition making and what should they do about it? Well, I have already written about that at length so I do not wish to repeat myself. Anwar knows what they are. All the opposition leaders know what they are. You and I also know what they are. Just stop making these mistakes is all we ask of the opposition. And if you do that then we shall be marching into Putrajaya come the next general election.
Oh, and by the way, do not think that Umno is not doing anything about their defeat in the perception war. They are aware that they have lost the perception war and they are putting into place certain plans to regain lost territory. I know what they are but it is still too early for me to reveal all.
Let me close by giving you a hint. The 'secret weapon' Umno is deploying is called JASA and is headed by Fuad Hassan, IGP Musa Hassan's brother. Now, can the opposition please do some work for a change and look into this. Surely you do not expect Malaysia Today to do all your work for you?
Till we talk again, let's keep bashing until we see the destruction of Umno and Barisan Nasional.
This is the work of racist khir toyol.Everytime he gets angry with pakatan,he let loose the aca on them with a vengence. This time it is death. It will definitely be added on to the long list of cover upThat basically meant that if MACC wants Khir Toyo to be a witness to some cases, they can put Khir into a room and question him 10 hours until 4am. Then, better yet, ask Khir to sleep on the carpet, and keep questioning the next morning. Wow… If they do that, MACC image will increase by 10 fold.

WHY YOU SAY THAT DOCUMENTED REPORT ON THE A.G ABUSE CANNOT BE FURTHER INVESTIGATED?
WHAT YOU DID NOT SAY IS A WELL DOCUMENTED REPORT ON THE A.G ABUSE OF POWER IS THE SAME A.G, IS CONDUCTING THE CASE nazis a disgrace to his country. How does he who suffers from altantuyamania He suffers from desperation , We had 25years of morons running this mess, and cannot afford 4 more years of Monkey business as usual.he has made enough profits for scams like submarine and allowed enough record profits for the baginda's companies. malaysia will not be tricked by eggheads warlords and their game of scaring the public into voting for the greedy omnoputras I am proud to be called a LIBERAL if it means not acting like a conservative head up asshole like nazis God save Malaysia by helping guide those to the good sense to and reason is simple~those evil power brokers of the ruling party will stage an Emergency in order to retain their power.this is what the sitting prime minister sleepy head said
this is what he said
, Datuk Datuk Seri when you speak of the reforms to these three pillars of justice, you must also address the public's perception of the Attorney General (A-G)'s Chambers. As it stands, the A-G's Chambers is viewed as the government's legal adviser, so when it comes to cases that involve politicians and government personalities, there is the perception that the A-G is biased.
These concerns will be addressed through the reforms to the judiciary and the ACA that will take place.
Sir, if the system does not provide fair prosecution, your whole plan will fail. One good example: When Raja Petra Kamaruddin was released, the A-G's Chambers appealed, but when Abdul Razak Baginda was acquitted, the A-G decided not to appeal. It is about public perception.THe fact is MACC murdered Teoh, while doing a witch hunt on behalf of the evil UMNO Well like I said I hope those responsible for his death including their immidiate family will suffer even worst fate. Let me ask the senior MACC official, dors a dead man tell tales you could lie to save you ass…….
We hold the head of MACC responsible. If he cannot find the real murderer, he has to pay for an innocent life lost MACC, you are bunch of thugs running an evil and murdering organisation with tax payer money.THe Rakyat is boiling with anger, you will not be forgiven We will see what form of mechanisms to use. We haven't lost touch with that. As in the anti-corruption initiatives, the senior public prosecutor can decide on the charges. There was resistance to the setting up of a complaints commission on the police before. Why would those opposed to any sort of reform to enforcement agencies, especially the police be any different now?
I don't think that anyone is opposed to 'reform'. But different groups want to be heard, to give their input into the design of the reform. That is why the situation now is very different. The police have been more involved, as well as other enforcement groups. There are many things to be worked out but the important guiding philosophy for me is that the Bill must be workable – it must be acceptable to both the police, the ex-Royal Commissioners as well as other civil society groups. As in all things, this means coming to a workable compromise. It is a difficult process, but it is worthwhile.
why must we work a workable compromise.?Whenever it comes to PR's lawmakers, MACC goes into overdrive and in this case, interrogate witnesses way into midnight…but when it comes to BN's lawmakers or related, we would never hear of such interrogation but the most used words are "Not guility"…:no evidence"…actually, did MACC actually investigates them or notthousands of reports have been made against BN politician but there is no action taken at all..

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has confirmed detaining a political secretary to a senior minister after he was found with at least RM2 million in cash in Penang.
The Umno man is also said to own properties worth millions of ringgit.
"Yes, the MACC has detained a man as part of its investigations," a top MACC official told The Malaysian Insider, declining to be identified due to the sensitivity of the investigations.
The MACC recently cleared several top politicians from both sides of the divide but said investigations were going on for other high-profile cases. It has also reported that 50 people have been hauled up for graft in Penang for the whole of 2009.
In the latest case, MACC officials from its Putrajaya headquarters raided an apartment in Teluk Air Tawar at 3.30pm on Thursday and seized the cash in bundles of RM5, RM10, RM50 and RM100 notes.
The Star daily reported that a 4WD vehicle registered under the name of a Pulau Tikus-based company was also seized, along with a BMW registered in the name of a person from Sarawak.
The political secretary has been under investigation since late last year after allegations cropped up that he had secured properties by being the middleman in deals for approval of multi-million ringgits projects.
Several pro-Umno blogs have identified the political secretary but MACC have declined to name him.
The MACC then had his bank accounts were frozen. It is not know whether this is related to the large amount of cash found on him in the past week.
The MACC had then successfully seized several of his properties, including four luxury cars and four houses. The commission has launched an investigation into the purchased properties located in the Klang Valley.
Several other people linked to the case have also been hauled up to assist in investigations.
The Najib Administration has put fighting corruption as a key target in its National Key Results Areas (NKRAs) under the Government Transformation Plan (GTP) released late last month. But the MACC has been fighting public perception that it only targets opposition politicians and not those from the ruling Barisan Nasional federal government.
MACC chief commissioner Datuk Abu Kassim Mohamed and his men have said that they conduct investigations without fear or favour and it's up to the prosecutors to take their case to court when enough evidence is found.
The MACC probed a total of 939 cases last year of which 633 have been brought to the legal department for further action.

Zaharin Hashim's resignation from all party posts in PKR and simultaneously left the party last Friday was expected and we must accept his move without bolt from the blue.
His persona non grata with Guan Eng made him to decide leaving his party and be an independent MP even though rumors are rife that he has the intention of joining UMNO.
His displeasure to his own party in facing disciplinary action made him offended for not siding him in his personal row with Guan Eng.
Apparently he has many issues mostly personal against Guan Eng and for that reason he name called Guan Eng with all superlatives with vengeance and malicious intents.
Now he wants the people to be on his side of the divide for failing to get what he wants from Guan Eng, and this irritates many quarters in Penang from all sides, the island and the mainland.
I am not going to touch on personal matters, but it suffices to mention that his move was seen and perceived by the quarters who know the actual, as completely personal in nature.
He is rumored to be joining the ruling UMNO but if it happens it is not coming with astonishment as UMNO is so typical in harping for the jump ships to add on to their respective representations in the Legislative Assemblies both in the States and the Federal.
If UMNO accepts him than the party is adding on to the list of irrelevant leaders, which the party is already impregnated with.
Accepting him in UMNO would only invite intra-party problems especially so in Penang, which in consequent would only append an additional animosities which he would bring from PKR.
AND in parallel it helps DAP and the PR in Penang in their process of cleaning the coalition of few 'bad hats' who has been haunting the state leadership.
Now Zaharin can bark and growl as much as he wishes from outside and for the first time Zaharin is doing good favor for the PR government in Penang by his predictable move to leave PKR.
The state PR leaderships are apparently relieved the moment Zaharin announced his resignation and now they can focus on building the party to greater height.
Guan Eng and the state leaders instantaneously went to Bayan Baru to furnish detail briefing on the issue to the constituents and now Zaharin is seen to be leaving indecorous and negative inherent to the people of the constituency he represents since 2008.
Now, will UMNO accepts Zaharin to be in its fold? If UMNO wants to add an additional seat in Parliament accepting Zaharin is just what the party should do.
BUT can Zaharin make up a good member for UMNO? If he can ill treat a partner who has brought him to the level which he has never dreamt of, what can guarantee he is going to behave differently if he is in UMNO?
UMNO is already saddened by many misfits and to call for Zaharin to join UMNO, it would only add to the pranks and tomfoolery of UMNO.
If Zaharin is accepted in UMNO it concurs to the adage, 'good is for the good and the bad are for the bad'.

Jadi, terpaksalah saaudara/ri muat turun.)
JANGAN TUDUH PRESIDEN PAS DENGAN MELULU TANPA USUL PERIKSA-Ustaz Misbahul Munir
Penganjur bersedia menunggu sekalipun lewat.

Bila mereka menghina Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, pemerintah Malaysia sekadar meminta kita supaya bertenang!
Hina Rasul....minta bertenang!
Hina Sultan dan Raja Melayu.....bertenang!
Hina umat Islam.....bertenang!

However, according to Raja Petra, the police are not investigating the torture allegations but whether his son had tried to commit suicide – an offense punishable by imprisonment.
"In fairness to all parties involved, I would urge Malaysians not to accept the words of our Home Minister at face value. Who gave Raja Azman the razor blade, how come he had a hand phone while in prison," Badrul Hisham Shaharin, PKR supreme council member, told Harakahdaily.
"There have been too many cases of abuse and even deaths under government custody. Remember the police also initially denied Kugan Ananthan had been tortured to death. Now they admit one of their black sheep officers was involved."
Holding RPK to ransom
Raja Azman, the 34-year second son of Raja Petra, was in remand at the Sungai Buloh prison on suspicion of theft. News had leaked earlier in the week that he had to be rushed to hospital with injuries on his wrist and may have been forced to swallow a razor blade.
He has since confirmed to his lawyers that he was beaten by prison guards with a metal rod for possessing a hand-phone. He also said he could not tolerate the physical and mental torture anymore and had swallowed a razor blade, which is still lodged inside his stomach.
The revelations sparked a huge outcry that Prime Minister Najib Razak's government was torturing Raja Azman to get back at his father.
Raja Petra, the editor of the popular Malaysia Today news portal, has long been a thorn in the flesh of the ruling Umno-BN government. He has frequently exposed misconduct and corruption at the highest echelon in the administration and within Umno, the biggest political party.
One of his biggest bombshells involved Najib and his wife Rosmah Mansor and their alleged links to the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder case.
Forced to flee the country because of his 'hot' news, Raja Petra is now afraid the government may be trying to hold him to ransom by convicting his son for attempted suicide. In a bid to shut him up, the authorities have already launched a global manhunt to extradite him to face sedition charges.
"The police, however, are investigating his 'attempted suicide', which is a crime. This means they can charge him and, if found guilty (which would be easy to do), he can be sent to jail," Raja Petra wrote in his blog.
"He is already in jail, although merely under remand while awaiting trial. Now he can be kept in jail to serve a sentence for the crime of attempted suicide as well. So the issue of bail may be academic after all. If my son is convicted of attempted suicide the issue of bail no longer applies."
Undue delay, proper medical care
Raja Azman's lawyers plan to refer the case to Suhakam, the Malaysian Human Rights Commission.
He had in May 2009 pleaded guilty at the Magistrates Court to four separate counts of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. He was then unrepresented and a month later changed his plea to 'not guilty' after his family secured legal counsel for him.
"We do not understand the delay in his case. Why has he been under remand for so long," asked PAS vice president Salahuddin Ayub."We hope the authorities will extend to him due and proper medical care while they carry out their probe."
——————————————————–Dato' Seri Hishammuddin bin Tun Hussein (born 5 August, 1961) is a Malaysian politician and of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO). He is the current Malaysian Minister of Home Affairs. He was the previous Malaysian Minister of Education, having served since 30 March, 2004.
Hishammuddin is the son of Tun Hussein Onn, the third Prime Minister of Malaysia and the grandson of Dato' Onn Jaafar, the founder of UMNO and a Malayan freedom fighter. He is also the cousin of the current Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
He was attending Malay College Kuala Kangsar before his father became Deputy Prime Minister in 1973. Upon his father's appointment to the post, he attended the Alice Smith School in Kuala Lumpur before he transferred to a famous english public school, Cheltenham College, Cheltenham , Gloucestershire . Next, he attended theUniversity of Wales, Aberystwyth where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 1984. He also attended London School of Economics and received a of Laws (LL.M) in Commercial and Corporate Law in 1988.
Prior to his commencing his political career, Hishammuddin was formerly a lawyer with the large Malaysian firm then known as Skrine & Co. (now known as Skrine) and later, a firm then known as Lee Hishammuddin (now known as Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill).
His wife, Yang Mulia Datin Seri Tengku Marsilla Tengku Abdullah, is a princess from the state of Pahang, Malaysia.
So, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein cleared the Prisons Department to cane Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno for drinking beer. The same Home Minister that is known to enjoy a cold beer every now and again. The same Home Minister that was pictured drinking a few cold beers in the playboy days surrounded by a bunch of loose drunken women. The same Home Minister who's wife was also pictured knocking a cold one down herself. Anyway, send in more pictures and/or video of Muslim politicians in Malaysia who don't practice what they preach toGutterUncensored@yahoo.com. The corruption and phoniness of some Malaysian politicians would be funny if they didn't have the power to torture people. How can a man who himself clearly enjoy a beer every now and again himself a paper clearing the way for another person who share his taste. The double standard of these people is incredible, someone need to tell Hishammuddin Husseinthat he is a Muslim that has violatedSyariah law. And ask him when is he going to get his six strokes from the cane. It's only fair… It would be justice. The Star report:
This is supposedly one of his mistresses, the air stewardess that was caught having an affair with him in Johor Bahru. And she is said to be the same lady that he took to Mongolia on a trip with the then PM.
Booze and ladies, all you need in life.
Here is his wife not to be confuse with his mistress enjoying a cold one too. She look totally wasted but she seem to be hotter than his mistress.
