Nasir Safar and gang all part of 'Greater Plan'

Nasir Safar and gang all part of 'Greater Plan'

Nasir Safar and gang all part of 'Greater Plan'

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 03:56 PM PST

From Malaysiakini

I refer to the Malaysiakini report Najib's aide to resign over 'racist' remarks.

It is quite obvious that the ranting of Nasir Safar is not an isolated act from one of the fanatical Umno members who have of late started crawling out of the woodwork.

Rather, it appears to be part of a well-drawn out plan to create havoc in the country, a plan to offend and insult the non-Malays and non-Muslims so much that they would finally retaliate only for Umno to then fully let loose the dogs of war, a plan that hitherto has miraculously not succeeded.

Nasir Safar is not your common run-of-the-mill government servant; he is an aide to the prime minister no less and thus it would be unthinkable for him to take a stand or make a statement so diametrically in contradiction to his boss.

He is part of that plot to keep on pushing the envelope so that something cracks, racial turmoil breaks out and with it, perhaps the Malays will once again rally behind Umno's unsheathed kris.

His act was not something done in the dark of night as was the case previously. This time the insults were brazenly poured openly on an audience of non-Malays.

What will they do next? Enter church during Sunday service and again desecrate all that is holy to Christians?

The existence of a 'Greater Plan' can be seen in the aftermath of what Nasir did - the prime minister's office went out of its way to defend him, saying that: 'Nasir never intended to make any derogatory remarks. He spoke at length on the contributions made by all races in developing the country'.

Really? Then why did he resign?

Admin Note:

What Nasir Safar did was to articulate what is in the hearts and minds of racist Umno and its leaders. The often used word 'Sensitive' only applies to Malays and Muslims in this country. Everyone else can 'keluar Malaysia' if they are not happy. This is 1 Malaysia for you folks!

Ana minta letakkan satu nama, masing-masing pakai Tanpa Nama. Nama samaran pun takut nak kasi.

Mokhtar over and out."

Cuma jangan ulang berkali-kali, nanti jadi macam dalam cerita Salmah! Salmah! Salmah!

UMNO TERUS SAKIT KERANA MASIH DUDUK DI BAWAH TEMPURUNG PENINGALAN MAHATHIR

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 12:31 PM PST

Ps: Kenapa lah agaknya Mahathir dilahirkan?..

Harap TB dapat tuliskan dosa-dosa Mahathir kepada umat6 Islam di Malaysia. Antaranya;

1. Tangan Mahathir penuh akan darah rakyat-rakyat Baling sewaktu kejadian pembunuhan beramai-ramai orang Baling pada tahun 80an.

5. Menghanguskan berbilion duit Malaysia untuk menjalankan urusan seranag keatas pasaran saham UK pada tahun 90 an.

6. Tun menindas melayu dan menghina melayu apabila sanggup menyelamatkan syarikat perwaja yang dinaungi cina bernama Eric Chia.

Ketiga : Dasar penswastaan Mahathir gagal. Akhirnya TNB rugi, TM rugi, Perwaja rugi, MAS rugi, Syarikat air rugi. Dan baru-baru ini, Petronas rugi. Proton juga rugi.

ps : nak cerita kebebalan Dr M, sampai esok tak habis.

Why is a lie embarrassing?

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 08:28 AM PST

If someone is caught lying about me, do you think I would be embarrassed or the person caught lying would be embarrassed?

In my world and on planet earth, the person caught lying would be embarrassed while I bask in teh warm glow of innocence.

So why does Anwar and his fanboys say that the trial should be held in camera because it reveals too many embarrassing details...

hmm reveals too many details.. does he mean that they are all true? if they are not true, why are they embarrassing to him and his family?

I thought if it is all lies, then he can use it as fodder for his regular political speech...

Ohh BN lawyers did this

BN stooge said that

BN witnesses made this up...

I think it would be a bonus for Anwar to have the trial given as much publicity as possible because all the evidence which he says are fabricated can be used as material for attacking BN...

Unless of course it is true, then it is truly embarrassing for Anwar..

If it is true that the first phrase he uttered to Saiful on the fateful day is Can I fuck you today, then of course he would cringe, otherwise it is a snigger-inducing phrase -so shallow, tacky and blunt in the fashion of schoolboy fantasies

If Mokhtar is not a the password used then Anwar should burst into out-loud laughter because it is so crazy to make up such a peculiar and awkward password... unless it is not made up, then there can only be anger that a secret between two lovers are made public...

PS I think the prosecution should not be too cocky at this point... just take it easy be humble and get the job done properly... get all the evidence presented in the most convincing manner, don't cock up any of the technicalities and don't take winning for granted....

Malaysia and the world is looking at this one trial now, if anyone wants to sneak in a trial now and reduce the embarassing publicity, now is the time

Police Criticised For Inaction Over Al Islam "Desecration" Report - By Neville Skykerman.

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 05:29 AM PST

A church worker who had lodged a police report against Al Islam magazine for desecration slammed the authorities today for their inaction so far.

The magazine's Muslim reporters allegedly posed as Christians, accepted what Catholic's consider a holy wafer into their mouths, before spitting it out.

Sudhagaran Stanley, who met reporters outside the Dang Wangi police station today, said he lodged his police report last July but to date has heard nothing about the outcome of police investigations.

"Beside an initial phone call, the police did not even come to take my statement."

In his report in July, Stanley together with fellow Catholic Joachim Francis Xavier also accused the magazine's journalists of taking part in Mass to 'spy' on the church besides violating the sanctity of the Eucharist which is sacred to Catholics last April.

Their experiences were published by the magazine in their May 2009 addition.

Stanley, from Penang, had come to the police station to get an update on investigations but was disappointed because the officer in charge was not in.

This was his third visit to the police station.

Stanley added that he had recently also written an open letter to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and the Inspector General of Police but had received no reply.

"Why are they dragging their feet?"

He said that if the authorities had taken firm action in the first place it would have sent a message that the desecration of houses of worship was unacceptable and the recent arson attacks against churches, temple and mosques may not have happened.

Stanley was accompanied by lawyers Annou Xavier and Raymond Mah.

Annou said they would wait for the police or the attorney-general to respond before deciding on their next course of action.

Hey DAP you are like flogging a dead horse!?

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 04:06 AM PST

You are almost a cute human being when you smile Theresa!

Below is a typical statement made by a member of the Opposition, this one is by Theresa Kok, Seputeh DAP MP is no difference!

Theresa Kok we all also unreservedly condemned the remark made but for you, as it is in the nature of the beast, you want confrontation and that is wrong my dear!

So this guy Nasir Safar made what appears to be a racist remark involving the Indians and the Chinese in this country. I don't know what else Nasir said, but I was told he was referring to the hundreds of thousands of Indian and Chinese immigrants coming into Malaysia on tourist visas or visas on arrival who disappear. Many have been found doing many illegal work. Just go to any sleazy hotel downtown near Chinatown you will find prostitutes from China plying their craft.

Safar may be referring to this category of non-Malaysian Indian and Chinese citizens who have found Malaysia to be a safe haven as illegal immigrants. As for the revoking of Malaysian citizenship from Malaysians of Indian or Chinese origins, I do not know under what circumstances that he said that, but Nasir has no locus standi or any given rights to say what he said.

Well, a lesson has been learnt and this guy took it upon himself to correct the situation by resigning to prevent further awkwardness and embarrasment and as for any peace loving Malaysians, I am not talking about billigefrent DAP members like Theresa Kok, we must move on. Forgive and forget!

So a statement by Seputeh MP Theresa Kok to chastise the prime minister for keeping people like Nasir, I am sure he never thought in a millioin years that this episode, one that could mar race relations, could happen. Unfortunate incidents do happen. No one would expect very private nude pictures of Elizabeth Wong to be circulated via the internet, which I also found to be deplorable.

So Theresa Kok, a harsh press statement about Najib Tun Razak is like floggng a dead horse. Enough already, the guy Nasir is guilty of something and resigned. I am sure Najib has nothing to do with his racist remarks. Below is that harsh Press Statement by Theresa Kok on the unforunate episode, so you decide:-

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Press Statement

3rd February 2010
Demand that Najib Razak apologise for and condemn Nasir Safar's racist remarks and sack Nasir Safar for insubordination
I wish to unreservedly condemn the incendiary, inflammatory and outright racist remarks made by Nasir Safar, political aide to Najib Razak, when he more or less called Indians beggars and Chinese women prostitutes and threatened to revoke citizenships. Source:
http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/index.php/malaysia/51737-pms-aide-to-quit-over-racist-remark
To add fuel to the flames, Nasir Safar had the gall to spout his racist spiel in his official capacity at a 1Malaysia seminar of all places. His actions made a complete mockery of 1Malaysia and revealed his utter ignorance, or more likely total contempt, for the 1Malaysia which his superior Najib has been trying so hard to sell.
The fact that Najib's own political aide could harbour such venom brings to question the integrity of the company that Najib keeps and creates serious doubts of Najib's own character. As the saying goes, "Birds of a feather flock together."
If Najib wants to bring any credibility to himself and 1Malaysia, I urge Najib to apologise for Nasir's remarks, condemn the remarks in no uncertain terms and sack him Nasir Safar for insubordination. To let Nasir Safar off with a resignation letter makes light of the gravity of his offence.
As for Nasir Safar, I demand that he make a public apology for causing such offence to all Malaysians and bringing disrepute to our nation's international image as a peaceful multi-ethnic country.

UMNO Barisan weapon Called Time

We all know that UMNO Barisan society is schizoid, to say the least. This dichotomy between fast development and slow resolution of justice is a new socoiological phenomenon – beyond the descriptive capabilities of justice delyaed is justice denied. Time indeed is a great healer and at the same time, a great destroyer. While many wounds get healed by the time, many other wounds become cancerous. Its a harsh reality that we forget everything with time and get involved in our daily lives that we dont have time for thinking about it or doing sumthing abt it.

It took sixteen years to get a verdict in the Ruchika case (nine years to register an FIR) and seventeen years to get a report from the Liberhan commission (it was originally given 3 months to do so and received 48 extensions). And as we all know, these are by no means exceptions; it is normal for court cases to drag on for decades. Enough has been said about the many shortcomings of the judicial system in India and there is hardly any articulated disagreement among most commentators about the need to overhaul it.
The problems in doing so are many, but one of them is certainly that delays in justice are not a product of systemic deficiencies alone and occur in part because of a deliberate intent to this end. If Justice Liberhan had indeed produced a report three months after the demolition of the Babri Masjid, he would delivered a political hot potato of a spectacularly indigestible kind. It would have been incumbent upon the government to initiate some action, and risk polarizing the electorate far too sharply for its comfort. Seventeen years on, the report is of symbolic value only, and that is also being way too charitable. In retrospect, the Congress might well feel that it took the right call- with the babri Masjid gone, the BJP has struggled to create an umbrella under which it can expand and intensify its appeal and action against key leaders at that time might have cascaded into a more sustained movement. Of course, that is speculation, but it does point to the uses delays and prevarication can be put to, particularly in a democracy which demands a certain transparency in the way we enact and enforce laws.
The use of time as a weapon manifests itself in different ways in India. The stay order is a judicial weapon founded on institutionalized stasis. The court decides not to decide and lets status quo prevail an interim form of remedial justice. Having frozen things in their place, it often proceeds to take years, even decades to unfreeze things, by which time the final judgment often becomes irrelevant.
Delaying justice does more than deny it for it works towards preventing us from seeking justice in the first place. The idea of going to court is far too daunting for anyone but the most needy or the most judicially adept. More subtly, by building in time as a variable, the notion of what is a just resolution is itself altered. In many cases, the judgment, when it comes, bears little or no relevance to the reality of today's circumstances.
The power of time has in fact grown with time. As things move faster, as our interest peaks and withers away in ever shorter time spans, slowness becomes a potent counterforce that challenges the very foundation of our lives. For unlike the past when out of sight did mean out of mind, we are increasingly entering a world where it is tantamount to being out of existence. By making all phenomena more intense and by dramatically speeding up the world, we have created a sense of perpetual motion that leaves us with little room for reflection and remembrance. Yesterday's headlines disappear from the dustbins of our memory with clockwork efficiency. Remember Nithari, the minister who walked into a lions cage, the girl molested on New Years eve in Mumbai, Prashant & Amit who ruled over the hearts of two North Eastern states, the cash-for-votes scandal that seemed to have rocked the very foundation of our democracy at the time? With so many new scandals, new films that need to be promoted and reality shows that occupy our minds, how can we possibly remember anything older than 3 months? Once it disappears from our passive memory it either needs an anniversary or something dramatically stupid like Manu Sharma's club hopping and brawling or Rathore's smirk for it to come back to centre stage. In both these cases, we remembered because of some determined help by the people in question. What did them in was the image they evoked rather than the substantive reality of their misdemeanor. Take Rathore's case- had he been seen hobbling out of court helped by his wife while coughing incessantly, do you think we would felt the outrage we did?
The trick then is to outride outrage. So many people have done that successfully- Rahul Mahajan, Indian cricketers tainted for match fixing, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Lalit Modi, and of course politicians of all hues. You can be arrested for drug busts, play with the emotions of an entire nation, run over people on a pavement and still hope to have a reality show of your own, if you understand the power of time well enough.

S. AUGUSTINE PAUL

S. Augustine PaulS. Augustine Paul

S. Augustine Paul a/l Sinnappen, currently Federal Court judge, subjected himself to be a political whore in 1998. While a Kuala Lumpur high court judge, he participated in the political conspiracy orchestrated by the then prime minister Mahathir Mohamad to bring down the then deputy prime minister Anwar Ibrahim. He put through a show trial of Anwar and subsequently convicted the latter of sodomy and corruption.

The conviction was clearly riddled with holes. Augustine Paul allowed the prosecution had to change the date of the alleged offence several times after Anwar's lawyers demonstrated conclusively that he could not have been at the place at the date nominated. So crude was the frame-up that in one case the building in which the offence was alleged to have occurred, had not even been constructed.

augustine_paulIn the end, Augustine Paul took the extraordinary step of allowing the prosecution to nominate 7.45 p.m. somewhere between January and March 1993. Even though the defence produced documents to account for Anwar's movements for every day over that period, Augustine Paul ignored the evidence and found Anwar guilty.

By convicting Anwar, Augustine Paul solely relied on the framed up allegations of the witness, Azizan Abu Bakar, who was shown by the defence team to beunreliable.

Augustine Paul was infamously called the "irrelevant judge" for repeatedly refusing submissions of evidence by Anwar's defence team and ruled them 'irrelevant'.

augustineObviously a judicial officer without anyproper talent noteworthy, he had been a sessions court judge, until one week before Anwar's sodomy trial. He was promoted promptly to be a high court judge and took on the case. After serving his part in the political conspiracy, he was summarily promoted to be a judge of Court of Appeal on 1 August 2003, and then on to be a judge of Federal Court, the apex court in Malaysia, on 17 June 2005.

He ruled on Apr 16, 2009 that Perak Assembly Speaker V Sivakumar does not have the power to suspend Mentri Besar Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir and six state executive council members from attending the assembly. It is a decision that was made in blatant defiance of Article 72 (1) of the Federal Constitution which says,"The validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court".

The judges of the Federal Court have failed the people and the government of this country when they chose to ignore the law of the Constitution of Malaysia. In other words the judges have refused to do justice according to law.

Incidentally, ultra vires does not mean "outside the law". It means "outside one's jurisdiction, beyond the scope of one s power or authority". And we may ask, who is the Federal Court to say what is beyond the jurisdiction of the Speaker when the supreme law of the country says that "the validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court".

He was born October 12, 1944 in Batu Gajah, Perak. He had his early education at Sultan Yusof School, Batu Gajah and Anderson School, Ipoh. He was called to the Bar of Inner Temple, London in 1971 and obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London as an external student in 1979. He is married to Dr Mary with two children, Dr Juliana Sharmini and Alan John.

Justice M S Liberhan did not need 17 years and a thousand pages to tell us what has been public knowledge since December 6, 1992. The Babri mosque was not torn down in the dark of night. It was brought down slowly, stone by stone, in Sunday sunlight, before hundreds of journalists, to the cheers of countless thousands of kar sewaks in and around Ayodhya. The mosque was not dynamited in a minute; it was demolished by crowbar and shovel.
The link between corruption and economic reforms was also echoed that corruption had gone up after the liberalization process. It confirmed to me that otherwise-sensible people still do not get it. They do not understand that corruption persists in Malaysia because reforms are incomplete and scams occur in sectorsGood societies do not look to heroes. They quietly reform their institutions Not only economic reforms, we need police reforms to make our investigating agencies autonomous; judicial reforms to speed up justice and deter future AGUSTINE PUALS; administrative reforms to punish rotten bureaucrats and reward good ones and bring accountability; finally, political reforms to prevent criminals from entering politics. Only then will dharma rise in our nation.
Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has applauded constitutional law expert Abdul Aziz Bari for speaking out about the rotten state of the rule of law and democracy in Malaysia. "Nothing will change unless those who know rise up to expose the vermin (that are) eating and destroying our national institutions and democratic values," said Zaid, once the de facto law minister.
Political analyst Khoo Kay Peng alluded to imbalances in governance, with the executive able to strong-arm the judiciary and legislature with impunity. He expressed no surprise over the claim that the BN violates the constitution, noting that there have been many instances where the federal government has bypassed the supreme law in making decisions.
Universiti Malaya social sciences lecturer Noor Sulastry Ahmad acknowledged the situation. "This is political hegemony. Most politicians, especially from the ruling coalition manipulate and use (various) institutions to ensure the status quo and to maintain their grip on power," she said. As a case in point, she referred to the sacking of Salleh Abas as Lord President in 1988, which effectively brought judicial independence to an end.
That was what was reported by Malaysiakini today. The long and the short of it is the powers-that-be uses the legal system and the judiciary for political ends. And, according to this report, this has been going on for a long, long time
Now let's take a walk down memory lane to a period ten years back in time. Ten years ago, Anwar Ibrahim faced two trials. The first was for the crime of corruption and the second was for sodomy.
The key 'evidence' in both those trials was the testimony of the Prosecution's 'Star Witness'. There was no other evidence other than the sole testimony of this so-called victim.
But the Prosecution's Star Witness was unreliable. He kept changing his testimony. He said one thing during one trial and another thing in the next trial. In fact, the Prosecution's Star Witness finally admitted three times while under oath that Anwar Ibrahim never sodomised him at all.
Even the trial judge was irritated. He blurted out that the witness is so unreliable. "He says one thing today and another thing tomorrow," said the judge. However, in his written judgement, the judge said that the witness may be inconsistent and may actually even have lied but this does not mean his entire testimony needs to be rejected. He finds the testimony of the witness "as strong as the Rock of Gibraltar".
This judge probably obtained his law degree from the back of a Cornflakes box.
The great thing is that u can't take a time out from your conscience.
The sad thing is that all those involved in the persecution of Ramli, etc. have no conscience.
So, the PR must make sure they get their act together to make sure they sweep the UMNOputras out of Putrajaya and make sure all those scumbags hiding behind the veils are given their just dues
1. the presiding Judge had not resorted to the favourite word "irrelevant' against their interests;
2. neither is the Presiding Judge having any name with the inititals "AP" (because these 2 letters means you are issued passports to instant millions for importation of exotic foreign cars by the ruling Government);
3. the fall guy Morais is inconsistent with his evidence so far that he needs a London break to soak it up in the red light District of Soho;
4. the Prosecution must have earned their law qualifications from the Malaysian local institutions to lead the charge by banging on 'association' as a crucial element to bulid up their cases;
5. Lingam is not around to fix up the role of the Presiding Judge;
6. Tun is no longer the PM to send a dismissal threatening letter to the Presiding Judge by requesting the Agong to institute a Tribunal for misconduct hearing;
Both Ramli and Rosli shall pioneer to bring disrepute on the top brass sitting in Bukit Aman. A long journey always start with a single step. Now, 2 joint steps are taken. Your lead Counsels , their team and the rakyat are all in this together to cast the evil regime unto the swine.
This wouldn't be the first time that the prosecution is clutching at straws. But then there are those in the judiciary who are waiting to throw a lifeline to tip the balance. The maxim that 'justice must not only be done but be seen to be done' carries no meaning to the judiciary. The rot is everywhere and for those who still want to vote for BN the next time around, you deserve all the rottenness.

ANWAR'S SODOMY TRIAL - SAIFUL START TO TESIFY

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 01:48 AM PST

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's accuser in his Sodomy II trial shocked the High Court today when he said the Opposition Leader had used profane language when asking to have sexual intercourse with him.

Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, who took the stand at the High Court as the prosecution's first witness, testified that when he first met Anwar at a condominium in Damansara Heights in 2008, the PKR de facto leader had asked him: "Can I **** you?"

He also told the court that he had refused to comply with Anwar's request, but later went into the guest room where he then stripped and donned a towel before the Opposition Leader hugged him.

Saiful had earlier pointed to Anwar when asked by Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden to identify the accused.

Anwar did not look at him.

The Opposition Leader, who smirked at many points during Saiful's testimony, had earlier described the charge as "evil, frivolous lies by those in power" when the charge was read out to him.

Saiful, who appeared calm and composed, told the court that his job as Anwar's personal assistant included helping the Opposition Leader to organise secret meetings with potential MPs who wanted to defect to Pakatan Rakyat (PR) parties.

He also testified that he took care of Anwar's mobile phone and alerted his boss to important messages.

It's alright he's just immature?

Posted: 03 Feb 2010 01:16 AM PST

He's a hero I tell you!

Apa? U ingat I budak kecik ke?

Yesterday it was reported that Nasir Safar, some special pegawai to the Prime Minister, allegedly called non-Malays "pendatang" (immigrants) and said that "....Indians came to Malaysia as beggars and Chinese especially the women came to sell their bodies".

Surprise!Surprise! Today it is reported that the president of the right-wing Perkasa, Ibrahim Ali has come to Nasir's defense.

Nothing wrong with that I guess. We're a democratic country. Alright, alright...stop laughing please....anyway ya nothing wrong with that. Except the way the Ibrahim fler was quoted in The Malaysian Insider report today.

"I understand why Nasir said that, I can symphatise with him, I want to say the same things but I have to control myself, I am more mature now," said Ibrahim.

Meaning what ah? That the Nasir fler is an immature chap ah? Then what the hell is he doing working as a 'special officer' in the PM's department? Thanks for admitting that you were not so mature yourself. Errr...when did you start growing up?

Ibrahim also said, "Maybe Nasir is still young, perhaps he has been reading some offensive blog postings, and Facebook messages which resulted in his outburst."

Sorry la but I laughed when I read that quote. Okay la so there might be something lost in translation la. But still damn funny lo. But this last quote from Ibrahim is the best la...

"People like Nasir are fighters so maybe he felt he had to say it"

There! Another instant Malaysian HERO! At least no need to spend millions on the Russians this time lor.

NIAMAH!!!

Shaiful”OMG Glee”

Posted: 02 Feb 2010 11:21 PM PST

audie61 received a number of phone calls from members of the public and summing up they have this to say,"Wow! It seems Shaiful is enjoying the spotlight on TV3 .Is he so happy to be sodomised.??  He doesn't look remorseful and also look at his dressing.Looks like he has Armani Suit on and also now carrying a Leather Suitcase.

Furthermore a person who has had the traumatic experience would be seen as very sad and not all pump up with GLEE as if saying,"I am the one who is going to get Anwar Ibrahim. I am the hero. He should be saddened with this episode and he seems to be going for the killer approach basking for more than the usual 'OXYGEN OF PUBLICITY. An observer even said that he wants to take over the lead role of Tom Cruise's "Mission Impossible"

We know, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan you wish to see and ensure that Anwar is jailed  the maximum 20 years' and whipping but whoever has coached you in dress code going into this trial must have his " HEAD SCREWED WITH A CORK OPENER " The Polished Armani Suited Charming status is absolutely a real " MINUS POINT…. matter of observations from members of the  public. Absolutely loved the media attention is it Shaiful ………

Any OTHER comments………..???

FUNNY OR JUST DOGGED PROPAGANDA? Anwar now claims it is the prosecution who has been delaying the case

Posted: 02 Feb 2010 10:08 PM PST

I think anyone with half a brain would say that the attempt at delaying the sodomy case against Anwar Ibrahim is the defendant himself.
We have read in the blogs how even at the last minute he tries to delay the trial, in fact some say it is an integral part of his political survival strategy...

Suddenly today he says it is the prosecution that is playing the delaying game???Huh??? WTF???

If nothing else, he is employing the tactic of his favourite propagandist, Goebbels. The Nazi told huge lies and repeated it often until people believed it and so now Anwar does the same thing

His barefaced lying is not going to help his public image...

Nurul Izzah's hilarious appeal shows nothing more than a total lack of understanding of the process of law
but that is hardly surprising, desperate people will do anything, even make complete fools of themselves for a sliver of pity...

Remember Richard Nixon? The first American president to win the election using the power of the Media, specifically television

How did he fall?

By television....

Anwar rose on the back of the new media and this ferocious bull will also be the one to throw him off and kick him in the face....

just wait and see

SUGAR - CAN'T FIND AT KOTA KINABALU

Posted: 02 Feb 2010 10:54 PM PST

If we were to go to any provision shop, supermarket and hypermarket in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, we will find that there is NO SUGAR available at all.

The price of sugar has been raised but still there is no supply.

Some shops have even placed 'TIADA GULA' (no sugar) signs outside their shops to avoid harrassment from customer asking for it.

Its time for the government to look into this matter.

The Chinese New Year celebrations are going to be celebrated in a week or more and if there is no sugar, how to bake cakes to celebrate this grand ocassion.

Where is the sugar? Will someone investigate?

This is really funny!
